I am a big pizza fan so I was really looking forward to eating here but it's basically the little caesar's of disneyworld. Aside from the great theming, the pizza is not that good and the crowds are rowdy. I wouldn't suggest this at all.

The food here was really good but the atmosphere wasn't what we expected. We thought they would show actual sci-fi movie shorts but it turned out to be what looked like the commercials that play before a sci-fi movie. The car we sat in was very dark and next to a speaker so it was really loud. My husband had the burger and I had the blackened pasta. It was a good thing the burger was so good otherwise we wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

We ate here since it was close to our attractions we had planned around lunch time. My husband ordered the Darth Vader chicken & waffles while I had the chicken nuggets because I couldn't make a decision. He really liked the chicken & waffles and enjoyed the Darth Vader cupcake as well. I thought the BB8 lemon cupcake was a nice compliment after my chicken nuggets. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for decent food at a decent price. They do have lots of seating available although its tough to find a spot when its busy.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. This will be our favorite moderate resort every time. The gift shop features authentic Southern flare and the food doesn't disappoint either. There is no need to pay for a preferred room here since the layout is more compact. I would say it is definitely a more mature resort than others. Everything about this resort is perfect! We made two trips back here on our most recent visit just because we loved the hotel so much!

With this being one of the few tableservice meals in Hollywood Studios we were excited to try this place. The pizza is literally the star of the show here. You can watch them hand roll the dough and fire the pizzas in the brick ovens while you wait for your table. My husband had the chicken parm and liked it but not as much as my pizza. The only bad thing about this restaurant is its a little too dark for me but other than that it was great!

Being from California, we have high standards when it comes to Mexican food. My husband had the chicken tacos and i had the barbacoa tacos. The beans were really good and everything tasted fresh. We got a table that over looked the water on a nice day. Overall, it was a nice QS meal for being what it was

If you're looking for Southern food & hospitality this is the place to go! It's within walking distance of FQ and serves up great classics. My husband had the chicken & waffles while i ate the chicken & dumplings. The food is good and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely a must if you're near PO.

We had several issues with All Star Movies. I have never stayed at this resort before. I have stayed at the Polynesian, both Port Orleans, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and the former Disney Institute prior all with no complaints. When we got to our room in the Dalmatian section, the bathroom light was flickering and had dead bugs in it. We “wasted†our first night there walking back to the main building to stand in a huge line at check-in to explain the situation. I did initially stand at the “express†check-in since we were already checked-in but the cast member, after telling her what the issue was, made me stand in the long normal check-in line. After we explained the situation the cast member was very nice explaining she’d send someone over right away to fix the issue and that she’d give us a $50 credit to use anywhere at Disney. We stayed outside our hotel room for an hour or so to give the mousekeeping crew a chance to fix our room. The others on our bus tour were staying in the Herbie section and had chemical smells in their rooms. They were telling me they had to re-locate. The last night of our trip my boyfriend and I decided to use our $50 credit towards a meal at Germany. I wrecked my sneakers walking there in the pouring rain only to get an $85.00 bill and be told by the waitress that I did not have a $50 credit on my account nor could she charge the bill to my room to straighten out the issue with the front desk. I had to put the large bill on my credit card, and was so upset I went into the bathroom crying over this and my boyfriend was wondering where I had gotten to. When we got back to the hotel late that night, I stood in another huge line to be told by the cast member that the $50 was taken off of the room bill. I explained this wasn’t what I was told and that we had traveled by a bus company. The cast member then checked with someone and then I was told something different --- that the wrong button had been pushed on the computer and that’s why my $50 credit didn’t show. I was given $50 cash but didn’t get an apology nor anything to compensate me for the hassle. I felt the Disney “magic†was very much lacking at this hotel.
Another concern with All Star Movies – the food court. The Saturday morning we were leaving there was no signage that we could see that listed the hours. A cast member eventually came up to us and was nice enough to tell us that they opened at 6:30am, which I thought was late (as we needed to be back by the Herbie section to catch our bus by 7:30am). We were standing in line to order our breakfast and the cast member asked me what I wanted to order but the menu wasn’t up yet. She let a woman jump in front of me because of the menu not being up yet. That wasn’t very fair.

When we were seated and before we could get up to get food, it was time for three characters to cycle thru our area, so we waited until all three had come by and pictures taken etc. Then we went to get food - probably the best thing any of us had was the carved turkey and their mac and cheese. Most everything else was eh. And for the price, I guess 75% of the cost goes to the characters and the rest towards the food. Limited options for each of us. Unless we return with a Pooh lover, I doubt we will ever return. Oh and once we got the food - negotiating the people, characters, tables, picture takers etc, it was quite a process to get back to our table.

Our server was Katherine (the great!). She was fantastic. Wish & hope she is there on our next trip next month - we will definitely ask for her. On top of that the food was fantastic. My wife always gets the fish and chips and she is always very happy. I have 4 meals I rotate and last week it was Sheppard's Pie turn. I think it was the best I had ever had in all the times I have had it. And what can you say about dessert. They are all good, so we got our favorite three and nibble some of each. All great. Every trip deserves a stop here for us!
