What a great surprise!!! Loved the veggie saugage option. Enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely surroundings of Disney Springs.

AKL is an amazing resort! As soon as we arrive, we feel as though we are in a very special place. The decor & atmosphere is incredible. There is nothing like watching animals from your private balcony enjoying your morning coffee. Onsite restaurants Boma & Jiko are delicious. AKL is the only resort for us!

What a perfect place to have my 60th birthday dinner! The ambiance is just gorgeous. My husband & I both had the Layered Ratatouille which was delicious...followed by great desert too! Loved meeting the Beast after dinner.

Had the first dinner of our trip here, which was awesome as we were staying upstairs at AKL. We were handed their separate vegan/vegetarian menu....which was amazing! We loved everything we had & then we could just head upstairs to our gorgeous room. Can't wait to go back!

Cast member was able to make sure chef could make me Tonga Toast "vegan" style. It was huge! Delicious coffee too.

This is our 6th stay at POR, and is definitely our home away from home resort! We love the AB area and stay close to preferred as we can. We have mobility issues, so this is always the case. We requested our usual AB location, and upon check in we were assigned the Mansions. This happened despite our TA confirming our requests a week before we left. They did find us a room in AB which worked out just fine. Probably just a glitch in the system? Then we requested housekeeping come between 7:30am and 12 noon, as we have medical issues that need to be taken care of in the early afternoon. This has never been an issue before this visit. We had repeated calls to HK about this and it was never taken care of. Had to go to the front desk, get a manager who called HK manager, and it was all straightened out. Never had to do that before; a simple phone call usually took care of it. Besides those 2 things,all was well and we enjoyed the great food in the Mill, the staff, the ambience, the carriage ride = All of it is why we love POR and (despite a few glitches this time) why we will always stay at POR.

I was thrilled to have cast member Liul from Vietnam, go out of her way to make sure I got my vegan Mickey waffles! Mara needs more cast members as there were long lines to order & everything needed to be refilled (cream, etc)

We really enjoyed both of our meals at Flame Tree Barbecue - we eat here every trip and have never been disappointed. Excellent value on the quick service plan this trip but also good value without it, we stop here regardless. We greatly enjoyed the Chicken/Rib/Pork combo which can also be shared due to the large portions. We love to sit in the sections overlooking the water with views of Expedition Everest.

We have stayed at the All Star Sports twice and have been very happy with our rooms, with our most recent stay being 13-19 Aug. By requesting a room on the backside of buildings, 3rd floor, facing away from the common areas, our rooms have been very quiet and in nice condition. The food court has a nice selection with large portions, we were happy with all of our meals. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus during our trip.

The best part of the Sci-fi is the atmosphere and the milk shakes. My family of 6 adults ate here on Aug 9th and had a wonderful time. The food is fine but they need to expand the menu a little. We had the steak dinner, boneless wings and burgers and everyone enjoyed their food. It's dark inside so we needed to use the spot light on our phones to see the menu. This is a must do whenever we visit Hollywood Studios.
