We ate here 3 times during our recent visit (Oct. 25th - Nov. 2nd). Our Disney vacation is started and ended with a dinner here. We always request to be seated with Andrea as our server. Saying she is wonderful is an understatement. The menu had changed and her knowledge of the entrees' was amazing, along with her picks from the wine list. The food was very good, along with portion size. Can't wait to go back next year.

Overall, this is a fine restaurant. There are some average dishes such as the orange chicken, dumplings, lo mein, and miso soup. There are also a few above average selections including their sushi (not as good as Kimono's but solid) and the duck "nasi goreng." And then there have been two notable entrees--the Kung Pao chicken and most especially the buri bop, one of my favorite dishes in the World. Service has been adequate to good, and it's certainly an appealingly refreshing change of venue from most restaurants. Overall, I recommend it, but don't expect perfection in every dish.

We ate here Oct. 26th for lunch, and found out they had just changed their menu that day. Very little choice of entrees, but they were now offering the all you can eat Pilgrims Feast that they serve at dinner time. My sister and I decided to go with that, seeing the place was busy and we had it before and knew that it was very good. Our waitress brought us our drinks, rolls and salad within 10 minutes and that's where it started to go all wrong. She disappeared! A large table(8) next to us had requested some refills on their dinner and she didn't return for 25 min, as she walked past us she said our lunch was "right behind her. We weren't sure what that meant because another 25 minutes went by that we didn't see her and finally a waiter brought out our lunch. Our reservation was at 1:20, we got seated at 1:30 and didn't leave until 3:30. The food was good, but this is the same thing that is served every night on their dinner menu so I still don't know what the hold up was. It would have been nice if our waitress or someone would have taken the time to stop at our table and let us know what was going on instead of feeling like we were just plain forgotten about. For that reason, I won't go back.

Ate here Oct 27th for lunch. We ordered the baked potato with beef. VERY good...the potato was huge, with a large dollop of sour cream on top. The beef was tender and very lean. First time eating here, and we will be back. The only negative is the outdoor seating....you have to not be afraid to ask someone if you can share their table, they are hard to come by.

Had breakfast here during my latest vacation (Oct. 25th - Nov. 2nd). The food was good, but I would rather eat here for dinner options. I didn't feel the price was worth it. The menu wasn't that big and I feel I could get a lot of the same things at other locations on property. I'm glad I tried it, but I will be back at dinner time only.

I was very anxious to try the cupcakes here and stopped in Oct. 29th. Disappointed ! The cupcakes were good, but nothing special...cupcakes at other locations are decorated so cute that you feel it's worth the price, these were very plain with very sweet frosting. I also tried the salted oatmeal cookie, which looked wonderful, but it had so much salt on it that it overpowered the flavor and tasted almost bitter...I couldn't eat it. I'm glad I tried Sprinkles but it's not somewhere I would need to visit each time I come to Disney.

I've lost track of how many times we've stayed at Wilderness Lodge, but this was at least our seventh visit. While it suffers from not being on a monorail (I will say that bus service has improved immensely), we enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Our room has always been in excellent condition (note that refurbishment is going on as I write this), Artist Point is among my very favorite Disney restaurants, and even the Roaring Fork quick-service restaurant has scrumptious sweet rolls at breakfast. (Hey, I burn off calories at Disney World!)
However, during our past stay, management changed the opening time of Roaring Fork to 8:00. With parks opening no later than 9:00, and sometimes earlier, that just doesn't leave enough time to eat breakfast, take bus/boat/monorail transportation, and arrive in time for that early FastPass+ you requested months earlier. This shows a disregard for customer service that is rare for Disney, especially in a "deluxe" resort with a price tag to match, and seems to me to reflect a penny-pinching attitude. (Our room also didn't have a clock radio this time around. Coincidence?) Granted that half the resort was closed for renovations, but how much money does the late opening save at the cost of customer service? Compounding that, Whispering Canyon, the full-service family restaurant, opens at 7:30 but of course takes longer, and reservations appear to be limited.
Although seemingly a small thing, that late restaurant opening left a bad taste in my mouth, and next time we may check out other resort options.
Also, my wife, in particular, and I objected to the volume of a loudspeaker used for pool-area activities. This made it very difficult to take a nap, and parents with young children needing naps should take notice.

This is a good solid product. Rooms were small but efficient and functional and contained everything I needed from double beds to a mini fridge and even an iron and ironing board. The theming is really cute and screams Disney so kids and kids at heart like me love it. This doesn't have all the luxuries and it is a basic room but it does provide a clean nice safe place to sleep and shower. Since I don't spend much time at the resort I don't mind that it isn't fancy and basics are all I need. The air conditioners work on motion sensors and will shut down during the day and at night while you are asleep and motionless. To prevent that get a balloon from the front desk to fool the sensor and the a/c will keep cooling. I discovered this after waking up hot and finding my air conditioning blowing warm air but a call to the front desk and a service call from maintenance a few minutes later fixed this and I was much more comfortable. All the staff that I encountered here from check in to check out and the maintenance crew, the housekeepers, the transportation and luggage services were all friendly and helpful and it was a very pleasant experience all around. There is reliable bus service with a times board with the bus arrival times posted for each destination at the bus stop outside. I only had breakfast at the food court but they had several stations with different offerings although it was pricey. The adult meals were around $11-12 per entrée and the bottled water was $3 so one fast food meal for one adult prices out at around $15. For fast food. That is pretty typical all over WDW though. I only dined here for breakfast but I was able to order kids meals for half the cost and still had plenty to eat and they came with a small water and fruit that the adult meals did not. I loved my week long stay and I would not hesitate to stay again. I was in the Love Bug section which looks far on a map but in reality was a short walk to the main building and bus stops. This resort isn't just for families but it was great for a solo traveler like myself and I enjoyed my stay. The buses do sometimes share with the other two All Star resorts but I did not have any complaints about the extra stops as they were on the way back from the park not going to it and they were short stops and it only took a few minutes for it to get through all three resorts the few times they did share a bus. During peak times they did not share and each resort had it's own bus. The time from departing the resort to the stop at the Magic Kingdom was 12 minutes even in heavy traffic as the buses had their own dedicated lanes for travel while cars would be backed up trying to get through the gates. This was a nice resort at a good price. It's not fancy but it's a great value for what you get and being in the Disney magical bubble.

Though we all liked the food, the layout of the service area made it almost impossible to enjoy. It was impossible to get to the condiment counter, and, once you did, everything was empty. Eventually, the mass of potential customers had to help each other out by passing trays around to fill orders once they were called.

We stopped in here last week while at Disney Springs. In the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, it was busy, but not so crowded you couldn't get a seat. We had just eaten lunch, so we didn't try any food, but the food that was coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic.
I had a cool-headed monkey (I opted not to pay extra and keep the glass) and my husband just had a well drink. The drinks were great (although a little pricey, but it is a tourist destination, so that was to be expected) and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar. We will definitely return on our next trip and hopefully will be hungry enough to try the food.
