We ate here for lunch and dinner (5 days apart). We got the same room both times (statue room)...ate shrimp and scallop pasta - basic sauce and some shrimp with 2 scallops - not bad but nothing wow - had 8-9 scallops at Teppan Edo and they were awesome! - Lamb eater had the lamb but preferred it at Raglan Road - dessert was orange eclair, puff and grey stuff - the grey stuff won hands down - tastes like oreos or something familiar - dinner was ok to try once but not enough to entice us back again. DD did not want to wait in line for the picture with the beast - she had enough waiting on a super busy day!

I know there are many food choices in Epcot but this one is fantastic! We loved the entertainment and we ate scallops (2) and steak with shrimp (1), we also ordered tuna appetizer to try and DH is now in love with seared tuna!!
Desserts were green tea ice cream, green tea cake, ginger cake - all great!
This was THE BEST meal we had at Disney and we would have eaten here again and again had we known. We will return!!

One of the better quick serve choices to find at WDW but preorder online before you go. Menu does not change and there are limited choices anyhow. DH loved the Tuna Nicoise salad and our sandwiches were good. Desserts are nothing special. We looked around the rooms , very busy. We still waited even with reservation and preorder, disorganized. Tried it once, try something else next time.

Wonderful time here - good food (lamb, seafood chowder) - best desserts anywhere - good beer (Guinness 🙂 - daughter danced on stage 🙂 - great service - was very loud and too dark to read menu but we managed
too bad it is located in the Disney Springs area - I really dislike this "new" downtown Disney and we will avoid it as much as possible - horrendously crowded , too spaced out and overpriced fancy stores - there are some good restaurants here but it might not be worth the headache getting to them
Pros:
food, dancing, musicCons:

We have been waiting to try this forever but this was a big disappointment. We did have a nice view of the pool area and the fire lighter and his little show outside - but the food was a huge letdown. The bread was dry, food came out in a strange order and they never gave us salad , we had to ask for sauces etc for meats - large platter had decent pot stickers and wings -meats that came out on the skewers were peppery and dry and some were burnt black and inedible - dessert was good but too much for us to finish - we really felt rushed to eat and go so they could fill our spots - maybe it isn't what it used to be but anyhow we will not return - KONA is a much better option for food and service

My family stayed at POFQ at the end of November. I have stayed at value, moderates and deluxe levels. This was the first time at French Quarter and my last. The rooms are in sad need of repair. Furniture is old and worn. Rooms are outdated. We arrived the evening of the re-opening of the food court. What a disappointment. It is small with very limited choices. I kept wishing we were at Pop Century over this place. The Front Desk staff was not helpful and disinterested. The boat to Disney Springs was great but the boat captain was rude and hateful. We had to wait over 45 minutes for a bus to Epcot one morning. The line stretched all the way to the main building. The trip itself was great but the resort was not. Will not be returning.

Our second favourite dinner with the first being Teppan Edo - on the good advice of the waiter we had - gnocchi, rib eye and tenderloin - cooked to perfection - best gnocchi and sauce - good desserts - great service - will return - easy monorail ride from MK so it's a keeper!

A major find that has become a tradition for over 4 years. The staff is very friendly and observant. It is a small area to obtain so much food so there were lots of "excuse me" and "I am sorry" being said among us all. The food was very tasty, hot, great variety, and no rush to leave. Great vegetarian selections. Can't wait to return in 2017.

Reservations were made 6 months ago for party of 2. However our party increased and it was not a problem...only a 10 minute wait. One member in our party is vegetarian and that menu was very limited. The sampler and onion rings were served warm, mashed potatoes were bland. We did not participate in antics (asking permission to go to bathroom, being fed by Mom" etc} which was good.
Pros:
Being able to increase reservation headcountCons:

We ate here in October and were looking forward very excited to have their delicious pot roast and vegetarian sandwich for lunch 12/3. Had we known the menu had changed we would have canceled our reservations. The menu is an all you can eat buffet for $35 and a few a la carte items. There are no vegetarian dishes unless you do not have shrimp or chicken on the salad. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
