Our server was very nice, however, after ordering our appetizers, we waited...and waited...until finally our entrees arrived. The problem was, we never got our appetizers. We were told that they would make us fresh entrees, but by the time they arrived 20 minutes later, it was clear they were the same entrees that had been put under a heat lamp. My daughter's entree was cold and the rest tasted like they'd been sitting around. That being said, the appetizers were delicious, wonton soup, wings and potstickers were excellent. Next time, I think we'd skip the entrees all together and just have some appetizers.

Our family of 3 have used the DDP on our visits in 2011 and 2013, and while it works for our family, I can definitely see where it won't for other families- it all depends on your appetite, your food and restaurant preferences, and if don't mind taking time away from the parks, especially at dinner time. To optimize the value, we order the most expensive entrees available that we like, along with the desserts, at dinner and we make our reservations at places we probably wouldn't eat at if we weren't on the dining plan [we always put Hollywood & Vine and the Crystal Palace on our to-do list because we love these buffets!]. We do the same at lunch time for our Q/S meals, but instead of having desserts most of the time we get extra bottles of water to take with us in the parks. We are coming back in 2014 and if we can't fit our trip around a free dining plan offer, we won't hesitate to use the plan again. A quick note on tipping from my perspective - I don't have an issue with a 18-20% tip for good service, and with 1 exception,we have had very good servers, and they have made our WDW trips even more enjoyable.

First time ever here and I loved it. I saw that on our next visit we get to rent out space to have a better chance of shade. It was nice to see that there is a actual area where you sit and watch the daring climb up to Summit Plummit and come down screaming...:D good times!!!!!

This was one of the most expensive dinners we had but oh so worth it. First of all the dress code, we knew about it but others coming in to dine did not, I feel as thou they cheapened the whole experience by walking in with sport shorts, t-shirts and flip flops. Now back to the dinner...multiple ways on getting to the resort we chose to take the bus from our resort to the Hollywood Studios and riding the Ferry over to the resort. Very nice ride in the evening, enjoyed the night lights from Disney's Board Walk resort, Swan and Dolphin resorts as well. Our server Rocky was awesome! The wait was long due to my husband ordering the 28oz porter house which was delicious. I had the NY steak with ratatoullie side and baked potatoe...OMG!!! We ordered the sample of the different cheeses, you have to try it!!!! Its hard to explain but its an experience all in its own. AMAZING! 😀

Awesome location, multiple options on how to get there we chose a boat. Very nice during the evening you get to see the fire works from the MK while waiting at the docks. The resort is full of amazing carvings all around, giving you the feeling of being warm and cozy. The service from Loopy Lisa was amazing she had us cracking up the whole time. She made everyone's night making this dinner one of our favorites. The food was amazing so delicious cooked to perfection. A must for anyone not afraid to be the center of attention!!! 😀

Nice location, good in price, free refills if you purchase a $15 resort mug. Inside and outside sitting options. The only negative is same food selection everyday. 🙁

Staying at the resort was very convenient...no need to wait long due to reservations. The friendly service and food selection makes this one of our favorite places to eat at. The atmosphere and authenticity of the decorations is amazing! There is live music on some mornings, makes it that much more fun.

We always attend the last show and we are never disappointed. The story line is awesome with funny characters excited to entertain you and make you a part of their story (spoiler alert). 😀 The food is always delicious, except the ribs were a bit over cooked this time. Due to the down pour there was no real area to wait in. :/ I didn't mention this in my other reviews but we have a 5month old and everywhere we ate at they allowed us to bring in our stroller so we had free hands to enjoy our meals and a place for the little one to take his naps. They really go out of their way to accommodate you the best way possible.

On our last night there we had 8pm reservations and enjoyed every moment. It was a busy night being that it was Friday so service was a bit slow but no complaints. The drinks and food were delicious and cooked to perfection.
