The food was terrible & the waitress was totally unconcerned. The salad was floating in dressing. The steaks were raw & mostly fat & gristle. The beans were mushy. The broccolini could not be cut with a steak knife. Where did the good chef & servers goi?

I ordered my steak medium rare. It was delivered well done. The waitress took it back & the second one came the same way. Everyone else was finished with their meal so I didn't want to wait for a third one. It was taken off my bill & I was given a free dessert. My vegetarian daughter didn't want the only dish offered as it was spicy. The chef came out 7 was totally unconcerned. She did not eat. Horrible! Have never had this food or treatment at a Disney restaurant. Will never go back!

Went in to use Fantasmic package. Sooooo glad that we did. For $37 pp, you get an appetizer, entrée and a shared dessert. I had the tomato, mozzarella and basil with balsamic reduction for appetizer. Chicken parm for dinner. The chicken was fork-tender and delicious. The pasta with the chicken was not a smooth shape. Hard to explain but if you are a texture eater then this might be weird for you too (or not). For dessert, a preselected sampler was offered but, unfortunately, had some form of raspberries on everything. Of course, I'm allergic. 🙁 Waitress did not miss a beat and brought out something raspberry free for me (cheesecake) and it was awesome. We got our Fantasmic passes as we left. The seats were great. Middle area, halfway up...perfect view. Great experience that I would consider doing again.

I've always wanted to stay here so I was excited when I scored 2 nights here then I was....disappointed. Maybe it was because we had just come from the Boardwalk but felt like this place was just a let down. Our room was a hike from anything-next to the last room in the DVC Villas. I was really surprised how dirty the hallway carpet was. Yuck! I was not very impressed with it all and probably will not be back anytime soon. The absolute best things about this place is B & C and the awesome pool.

I was really concerned about staying here with the mixed reviews. I absolutely loved this resort. We "resort hopped" 3 times on this trip and this place was my favorite. May consider buying points here in the near future. Wish we had more than one night here. Only complaint was the noise at bedtime, easily fell asleep to be awakened at 4:30 by what sounded like either an empty garbage container or laundry cart being moved. Earplugs would solve this and I'd be willing to wear them for this location!

Excellent steak. Blows away Le Cellier. Only complaint is a rather limited menu. And property is beautiful.

Amazing eastern Caribbean trip. We didn't even want to get off the board at our ports of call. This is a must do for a Disney family!
