This was our least favorite buffet. We ate here on January 7th, 2014. The wait area was outside and it was freezing! I asked the check in girl how long the wait was and she answered me it was our reservation time. Our reservation was for 6, but we never got inside until past 6:20 despite the fact that there were several tables inside with no one sitting there and they were clean, so no idea why the delay. Our waiter seemed really lost. Not sure if this was his first day, but we waited a long time for our bill and service was not fantastic. Had to ask three times for coffee. The food wasn't great. The roast was really smoky which is great if you're into that flavor. Salads were good, especially the beef and the garlic butter rolls were really good too. My 7 year old enjoyed the corn dogs, chicken nuggets and mac n' cheese as well as the fruit. The paella was good and the salmon was very good also. The mashed potatoes were delicious. The apple cobbler, bread pudding, and all of the desserts were very good! My 7 year old missed Eeyore, but the hander was so nice and intercepted Eeyore so that we could meet him. He was so nice and gave us lots of good suggestions and was very funny! The food was acceptable, but just not as good as the rest of the food we'd had on this trip including other buffets. It was nice to have Pooh and everyone else together though. Perhaps next time, I'd try breakfast instead of dinner.

We had supper here on January 5th, 2014. It was around suppertime, but surprisingly the restaurant was not super busy. There is tons of seating and an upstairs section that seemed to be away from the noise a little. The ordering process is pretty easy. In our party, three had the lobster roll with the homemade chips, my husband and I had the broccoli salad and my youngest daughter had the mac and cheese. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. The lobster roll was packed with lobster which was great! It was a huge lobster roll! the salad was very good, the veggies were all very crisp and it wasn't bathed in salad dressing, which is perfect for me! We really enjoyed our meals and I wouldn't hesitate in returning here to eat.

We ate lunch here on January 5th, 2014. There was a 25 minute wait outside, but we decided we'd wait anyways. The line moved quickly enough and the ordering process couldn't have been easier! We found a place to sit in the grand ballroom which was GORGEOUS!!! I had the beef sandwich, my 7 year old had the Macaronis Maurice, my 15 year old had the turkey sandwich and my husband had the braised pork. The sandwiches are huge!!! Everyone adored their meal and my 7 year old ate everything on her plate. It was so nice that you order and they find you with your MagicBand and you can have a seat while you wait. This was a fabulous meal and well worth the wait! Definitely the best counter service meal we had all week!

Do yourself a favor and eat here! Upon entering the restaurant, the gentleman who seated us was wonderful! So friendly and funny! Our waitress was hilarious also! Wonderful waitress, we really appreciated her sense of humor (Jen). She was great! Now the food! Everything and I mean everything was awesome! My Mom is not a ranch dressing person, so Jen offered to bring out some plain salad and provided us with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to drizzle on it. the salad was fresh and delicious and we loved it! Next on the meal : the turkey was delicious and juicy and the bread pudding was delicious! The tilapia was amazingly flaky and the tomato on top was fantastic! I'm not a fish eater and I absolutely adored it and had seconds! The roasted vegetables underneath were cooked perfectly and not all mushy. The roast beef and mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious and we got seconds of this. The cobbler for dessert was also fantastic as were the cute little cupcake cones. My 7 year old really enjoyed the Mac N' Cheese and had seconds of that. She ate some of her chicken but doesn't like sweet potato fries, so the other adults at the table helped out with this. This was really a fantastic meal! Chip and Dale are favorites, so they played this up a little bit and all of the characters were really great! The revolving restaurant is really neat too. It's a nice change to all of the other buffets to be able to sit and relax while your waitress does the hard work. I'll definitely be back to the Garden Grill!

We dined here on January 7th, 2014 for lunch. Two of our party had the lobster bisque and shared a baguette, one of our party had the fruit parfait and one of our party had the bisque as well as the cheese and ham croissant. The food here was wonderful! The bisque was tasty, a bit salty, but fabulous and the baguette was amazing! Crispy on the outside, but wonderfully soft on the inside. The croissant was delicious and the parfait was amazing! Such a nice little lunch! The only downfall is there are barely any tables and this place was packed! It would be nice if they could find a way to add some more tables. I'll definitely be back! The assortment of pastries there was fabulous!

This was a FABULOUS meal! We visited and dined here on January 2nd, 2014. It was raining on this day, so the outside wait was a bit of a pain, but other than that, the princess photo at the beginning was great and since we had the PhotoPass+, we received two packages (as we were 6) as well as digital copies. The appetizer buffet was fantastic! Lots of salads, wonderful breads, different food! Everyone loved it including my 15 and 7 year old. Our waitress was amazingly helpful and kind. We had the meatballs, two of my party had the rack of lamb, two of us had the ribs and my youngest daughter had the pasta. Everyone LOVED their meal. The rice pudding for dessert was out of this world! Everyone loved the chocolate mousse cake also. This was our favorite meal of all of them! The princesses were amazing! The little parade of princesses was so sweet, we really enjoyed this meal and I would not hesitate to return. It was a nice little break from the traditional buffets.

We had lunch here on January 4th. It was such a cold day that this was a nice warm spot, however, the wait outside was rough in the cold. it would have been nice to have a spot indoors to wait. The food here was much better than I expected! Everyone loved the salmon and there was a ton of variety! The character interaction again was fabulous! Oso insisted that my mother take a picture with her iPad as she had it out to send a message to a family member, and even helped show her how with his 3 simple steps! It was hilarious! He even peeked around the corner! My youngest daughter loves Handy Manny and he made a big deal to take a picture with her and my father who is an engineer. Jake was also great. It was great fun to see them all dance and parade around the restaurant. Our family had a wonderful time here and I wouldn't hesitate in returning here or recommending it to anyone. The kids buffet had all of the regular staples and the ice cream bar was great as was the chocolate dipped fruit. Fun place and full bellies for all!

We had a yummy lunch here on January 5th, 2014. We had purchased PhotoPass+, so we received the photo that we had taken with Safari Donald delivered to our table. Donald was very personable and we really enjoyed the picture! We really enjoyed all of the food here! The salads were delicious, the salmon was really good as was the roast beef. The bread pudding with vanilla sauce and the berry cobbler were outstanding! I think that the only thing that I didn't like on the buffet were the samosas and that wasn't because they weren't tasty, just not my personal taste. The selection was outstanding! Everyone ate plenty including my 15 year old and my 7 year old. Our waiter was extremely friendly as was the woman who seated us. The characters were amazing! At a table next to us, they had a crying baby and Mickey and Daisy Duck were so attentive to the baby trying to soothe the baby, it truly was touching to see! A real Disney experience! We really enjoyed Tusker House and would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. It's a nice little break in the day to sit down inside the nice restaurant, fill your belly and relax. One of the better buffets we all had for sure! We were a party of 6 and not one person was disappointed.

After reading about the length of the walk to the rooms at the Art of Animation, we opted to stay at Pop Century. We truly were not disappointed. We sprung extra for a preferred room and this was really great since we got a room super close to the transportation and the food court. We requested a room on the top floor which we received. Our room was very quiet despite facing the pool. The room was kept super clean by Mousekeeping. We had two towel animals. A Mickey on arrival and a little one also mid-week. The food court was always busy, but there was always room to sit. Staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful as can be! We had yogurt parfaits for breakfast, which were wonderful! We had burgers one night and it was all very good! No complaints and refillable cups are great! The amount of time we spent in the room was so minimal and I didn't find the size of the rooms was an issue at all for my family of 4 (2 adults, 15 year old and a 7 year old). We were only in our room to go to sleep and to get ready in the morning. I see no need to spend more on a "deluxe or moderate" accommodation when we're only there for minimal amounts. Pool area was cleaned daily. I will definitely be returning to the Pop Century!

The food at Starring Rolls is so amazing - the sandwiches are huge and a great value if you're on the meal plan. We also loved the dessert options here - the eclairs were insane. There is only outdoor seating and the lines inside can get crowded but this is a great lunch option.
