We were fortunate enough to be seated in the ballroom. The place is just gorgeous. I think it would be hard not to enjoy it.
We have eaten here before and the food was good, but not wonderful. This time it was delicious from appetizer to dessert. For dessert I had an eggnog cupcake. It was so cute..even had a chocolate handle to look like a mug. And it tasted as good as it looked.
Will come back whenever we can get a reservation!

I love this place but getting into your room before 5PM is becoming harder all the time. We had dinner reservations at Tutto Italia at 5:30 Dec 26'th but had to go there in our clothes that we had wore all day as we did not get into our room till 5:15. The carpets in the hallways are VERY DIRTY and worn and the units are showing wear and tear. IT is due for a rehab this year I think. having said all of this, I love this resort but somehow think that a better management team could help run it more efficient.

Love this place! We come here all the time and recently came as part of the Candle Light Processional package. The food was wonderful and I just love the atmosphere. Have never had a bad meal or experience here.

First, I had absolutely no desire to go to this place, but one of my travel companions wanted to go. I was very pleasantly surprised. The system of getting the orders placed and completed was very quick and organized. The food was very good also. I would definitely go back.

We stayed here from Dec 18-26 and it is the only place to stay at Christmastime. It does not get any better than this Decorations are beautiful and it seems like your a million miles away from WDW. My favorite resort of them all.

We dined here on Dec 23'rd for the Candlelight Processional Package. We used two credits but still find it a great deal.Appetizers from onion soup, cheese plate and crab/shrimp salad were excellent and everyone raved about their entrees. I especially enjoyed the beef short ribs. After many times dining here, this was by far the best meal that we have enjoyed at CDF. Well Done!

I really do not like this application. At home it is OK, but I often have to log on multiple times and it does not seem to take you back to where you were. It could be me, but I find that I have to keep going back to the beginning and selecting a topic instead of just being able to do all my dining or fastpass, etc., at one time.
The worst though is at the parks. There is often not enough of a signal to do anything and you get errors trying to reschedule things. I tried really hard to cancel some fast passes that we were not going to use, but just gave up. Too much time staring at my phone instead of participating with my family. This needs to be fixed.

We dined here on Dec 22'nd and had our 3 year old grandchild with us. It was our second time here with the last time being 5 years ago.The food seemed better this time as the chicken was fried to perfection and everything else was very tasty. Free beer was flowing. Everyone had a great time and will do this again in another 5 years.

It is nice to be able to schedule fast passes for popular rides instead of having to get up super early or miss one ride because you could only physically get to one.
I don't like that you can only schedule the fast passes in one park. We often stay at the Beach Club and go to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios on the same day. They basically took away any reason to buy a park hopper ticket. I don't like that we cannot also get an old fashioned fast pass with this system at the same park or different...you are kind of locked in.
I also found it frustrating to try to change your fast past to accommodate your schedule. This past trip and one coming up, we have to go back and forth...was trying to get it set up so that we could ride rides in the order that we were planning, but no luck.
I like the idea and it was cool to walk up to the kiosk without having to run to get a fast pass, but the system definitely needs some work.
