I love that meals are already paid for. But have to make sure have money for tips; which I have been told should be 18% even for buffet meals. Also, I would rather have appetizers than dessert or even have the choice of either dessert or appetizer.

Pros:

Meals already paid for

Cons:

Tip not included & no appetizers

We only had supper here once, so I'm not sure about much of the food. All of us ended up with the burger and fries. They forgot my husband's patty on his burger. They made up for this by giving him extra fries. The fries were cool and not very warm or fresh. The burger was okay. It wasn't a bad meal, but definitely not one of my favorites. It wasn't bad in a pinch and everything was edible. I liked being able to pick our own toppings for the burger, that was a nice option!

Until you get the hang of where things are, I find the multiple lines confusing! After our first breakfast, we were more aware of where things were. The yogurt parfaits were awesome! I had these both mornings of our breakfasts here. A nice healthy option! My 7 year old had the Mickey pancakes one morning and the other morning had the breakfast sandwich. My husband had the breakfast burritos and really enjoyed them also. I just wish they had an English muffin smaller breakfast sandwich for kids because my youngest wanted to have a breakfast sandwich but the bagel was just too much breakfast for her! It would be nice if they could add this to the menu.

Pros:

Food

Cons:

Confusing line-ups & no kids' breakfast sandwich

We had supper here on December 5th, 2014. I was afraid after I read reviews on this meal! Boys was I happy after I had my first plate of food! Everything here was fantastic!!! Salads were delicious, salmon was delicious, carving station was awesome! Lobster cheese ravioli amazing! Desserts were very good also. Character interaction was very good also. My 7 year old was wearing a Goofy hat and this got her lots of attention! We saw most characters twice except for Minnie who we only saw once. We were ready to leave and had not seen Mickey, so we mentioned this to a table clearer who went above and beyond with his help! He went to clear this up right away and we just had to go to the handler when we were ready to leave and he went to get Mickey for us. So this wasn't a big issue. We had a wonderful meal here and were very pleased with it! I'd go back for dinner. The napkin dance is lots of fun also.

Pros:

Food & characters

Cons:

Picture isn't with the real "Chef Mickey"

I was frightened after I booked this and read reviews! We dined here on December 31st, 2013, the day we arrived. My 7 year old had gotten a Cinderella makeover at the Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique right before. We were a bit late, but this was not an issue and we were seated fairly quickly. Well the food was great! Everyone enjoyed the sushi, the meat was wonderful, potatoes delicious and not one bad thing on the whole buffet! Our waitress was great and very attentive. Prince Charming asked my 7 year old to dance and the Anastasia said she was glad that she upstaged Cinderella. Drisella asked her if she was aware that her head was going to explode since she got the pop princess hairstyle and Lady Tremaine made the same comments. Cinderella was sweet as could be. What a way to start our vacation. We were very happy and very much enjoyed it! I'd recommend it and I'd definitely go back. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal.

Pros:

Good food, fantastic character interaction!

We had breakfast here on January 8th, 2014, just prior to leaving! We got in right away and before our reservation time since we were early. Our server was super nice and totally on top of the drink situation. Our glasses were never empty. Their signature juice was delicious!!! The breakfast pizza on the kids buffet was awesome! Everything was super tasty! Characters on this day were Pooh, Tigger, Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter. Pooh and Tigger were sweet, Alice was very funny and totally in character and Mary Poppins was very much in character also. The Mad Hatter stole the show! He was a hoot! He had both of my daughters laughing in their picture. I really, really enjoyed him. I'd definitely return here for breakfast and would recommend this to others also.

We had breakfast here on January 1st, 2014! This was a great way to start the New Year! Two of our party were running late and they allowed us to wait for them which was great! The food here was all awesome! They had a yogurt bar which was wicked with a wide variety of toppings. The Mickey waffles were delicious! The chorizo and cheese scrambled eggs were heavenly! Everything was so good! No one left hungry! The characters were great also and our waitress was so friendly and always on top of things. We had a wonderful breakfast here and it is a very convenient walk to Epcot afterwards.

We had breakfast here on January 2nd, 2014. We all had the scrambled egg platter with the eggs, bacon, potato casserole (which was AMAZING!) and coffee. This was a really great breakfast! Biscuit was super good too! Quick service and we had a seat outside on a little balcony which was very nice, quiet and relaxing. Yummy coffee and just a little walk to Epcot.

We ate lunch here on January 6th, 2014. My 15 year old and I both had chicken sandwich with cucumber salad, my 7 year old had the nuggets with carrot sticks and grapes and my husband had the burger and fries. The toppings bar was great! It was nice to have the onions, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms and a wide variety of toppings. I would have liked to see banana peppers! The cucumber salad was yummy! Almost like a pickle with vinegar. It was tasty. My husband liked the fries also. This restaurant was a little chaotic and messy. I think I'd choose somewhere else next time, but the chicken sandwich was good and my husband enjoyed the hamburger as well.

Toppings bar & indoor seating

We dined here on January 6th, 2014. This was a super chilly day. The woman handing out menus in the front of the restaurant was very friendly and offered us good tips! We returned largely in part due to her. My mother and I had the caprese flatbread which was delicious! Super cheesy, just the right amount of balsamic. My husband and father had the barbecue chicken flatbread and really enjoyed that. My eldest daughter had the chicken Caesar salad and really enjoyed her salad and my 7 year old had the mac n' cheese. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. The restrooms are outside the restaurant which was a pain since it was so cold on this day. Both of my daughters got the Pinocchio Punch and I don't think it was worth the extra cost. You're better off to go with a plain old lemonade. My youngest did not like it. I would eat here again for sure, but I think I'd get a side salad as well since the flatbread is not overly filling.
