Disappointing

We absolutely loved staying here. My favorite resort so far. We booked a standard room, but saw giraffes, deer, and vultures daily from our balcony.
Food was great at Mara. Awesome quick service for a deluxe resort. Perfect for my picky eaters. Zebra domes! Boma buffet breakfast was outstanding.
Pool was beautiful too. Kids loved the slide.

This resort is amazing. I've stayed here twice and it is a amazing resort that you can rly spend time at for less than a deluxe resort.
Pros:
The pool is my favorite I've swam in on property. I love the theme and slide. The themeing is lovley, it's charm and vibe is great. The boat transport to disney springs and Port Orleans French Quarter is useful and a nice perk.Cons:
The location in refrence to the parks isn't great. You rely on bus transport to all disney parks and waterparks. The resort is very large and the layout may be confusing.Review of It's Tough to Be a Bug (CLOSED)

Ruined our holiday! We arrived in Disney 17th oct 2022, woke up in morning and went for early breakfast in El Mercado. My daughter & partner ate sausages, which they said tasted reheated & rubbery! That evening both experienced stomach cramps & sickness, which continued for a few days. My daughter recovered quicker but Stuart was unwell all holiday! We reported to our TUI rep who said they would send help, 2 days later never did! Chased again & was told someone from hotel would contact us - they never did! In a foreign country you are at a loss with what to do and nervous to go to doctors due to costs & I was relying on TUis assistance! We travelled as a party of 8 & the 2 who were stuck with the food poisoning it ruined our holiday! I reported to the restaurant, sent all evidence but the receipt I had had date for day before - I advised them to check with hotel , as the date stamp on that receipt we were still on our plane and hadn’t even checked in to hotel, but the restaurant basically accused me of lying! They failed to do their due diligence and their incompetence ruined our holiday. It makes me so sad to think of it! I wasn’t looking for anything but I wanted an acknowledgment at least and an apology , not for the issue to be made worse! As a Disney fanatic , who visits Florida every 2 years, this was definitely not the experience I expected from them , nor the treatment! A very poor way to treat anyone & I must say the whole fiasco of even trying to speak with them & raise the issue took months! A totally disgusting experience all round & will never go back!

This server in particular was the best server I ever had his name was eric he was the sweetest ever and I will definitaly be coming back.

I couldn’t ask for anything better than this Intamin launch coaster. This ride is suitable for all ages, and is great for families. This is by far the best attraction in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, if not the best in the resort.

Overall, this water ride is pretty good. I’ve been on similar attractions like this, and they were simply better. The ending is disappointing, especially for enthusiasts. I don’t hate this ride, but I’m not too fond of it either.
