We ate here May 18. Had ressies for 8am. Arrived on time and was seated immediately. We ate here in 2013 and loved it so wanted to do it again. We liked to be able to get here early and be in the park as soon as possible. We love this restaurant as it is so bright and pretty inside. The variety of food is good for any age group. Our waiter was from our home state of PA so we made small talk with him. He told us how the characters would be coming around and how much time we had before they came out so we could. One thing to consider with character meals, with small children who are excited about meeting the characters, the last thing on their mind is food. You pay so much for the meals that sometimes its a waste of money. We do use the meal plan which is convenient no always cost effective. All the food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The characters came around and visited In enough time. We did request hot sauce (this is a staple at home), our waiter brought our these little tiny bottles (1 tbs worth) which we laughed about and took pictures of LOL. We used them so the waiter brought our hands full more. Apparently this isn't something that you find in Disney. We were very appreciative and took them with us to use during the trip. We booked 3 character breakfast this trip and not sure if we will do this again (meaning # of breakfast) just too much food for the week. But will probably do this again.

We visited here May 17, after spending the day at AK we took the bus to WL. We had planned that after dinner we would ride the boat over to MK to watch fireworks. Our ressie were for 6:50, we arrived on time and was given a pager. we sat in the lobby which was very confortable. the only problem was that we were also very hungry and with 3 kids can become a problem. We waited 30 minutes before being seated. Our waitress took our drink orders and never came back. She would wait on other tables and pass us up and eventually brought our drinks. We all ordered the skillet as my 2 teenage sons can put the food away. The food came and it seemed to be all dried out. Very basic food the salad had blue cheese on it so the kids wouldn't eat it, my dd5 was the only one to eat the ear of corn. We did order extra meat but it was the same. The room got loud and we are a loud family but at times the room was tooo loud. We all laughed at the request for ketchup but after it was done several times the novelty wore off. We didn't have room to eat dessert so the waitress offered to put it in containers to go. we got the apple pie. By the time we got done we took the bus the MK and watched the fireworks. We wanted to have time to visit the resort as we would like to stay there in the future. Not sure if we will or not. Will not visit the WCC again, too many other places to try.

We ate here May16, as our first day of vacation. We ate here in 2013 on our last day of vacation and couldn't wait to get back. My husbands aunt and uncle joined us here since they live in FL. Our ressies were for 7pm but everyone was there at 630. We checked in and they took us immediately. We were seated in the main room a few tables back from the stage, but right next to the smaller stage. We all ordered alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was fantastic bringing refills etc. We weren't planning on using the meal plan but ended up using it anyway since we ordered so much food. The entertainment was wonderful and we sang and clapped with everyone else. My dd5 got to go up on stage and dance with the dancers. We took so many pictures and my dd5 got a autographed card with a picture of the dancers. The food was the best, we had nom nom wings, ribs, shrimp n chips, braised beef, chicken curry, lamb shank, salmon, and burger. no complaints from anyone, plenty of food, delicious!!!!!! for dessert we had bread n butter pudding TO DIE FOR!!!! our bill came out over $400 but well worth it. Will always come back the best!!!

We visited here on May 16. Was on our list to do since the reviews were good and we were going to pay oop for this lunch. When we first went inside we were met with a very long line menus were being passed out which helped in the ordering process. As I told my husband what I wanted I went to find seating. Nothing available inside so I went outside. Found a nice area to the side shaded. I had to borrow some chairs from some of the surrounding tables so that our party of 5 can sit. The tables were wrought iron and heavy. Chairs not so comfy but had to do. The weather was beautiful so it wasn't to hot to sit outside. The food was just ok, not what I was hoping by the reviews. It took over 25 minutes to wait in line and get food. they had our order wrong so had to try to get to the front of the line again to correct error. I can say we ate here but would probably not do it again, just because of the wait.

Just did Wild Africa Trek for the 3rd time. We became concerned the tour would be a bust when it started raining, but it turned out to be our best trek of all. The rain seemed to bring the animals out, except for the giraffes who tried to hide under the palms. We've had different guides each time and have enjoyed all, Davis and Stephanie were the most fun. They were also very knowledgeable about the animals. We got to stop for quite a while so that we could get a good look at the animals. You can take a camera if it is on a strap, but honestly the photos they take are great and trying to take photos just detracts from the experience. I don't remember what we paid for this tour, but it was well worth it and would absolutely do it again. Oh yes, the lunch we had was amazing!
Pros:

The place is small, and you need reservations. The Host was excellent, and our food was good. We laughed because our server had an attitude associated with our home town, and once we saw her name tag, we laughed again she was from our hometown, so we understood, but being in Disney you should adapt. The place is cool, comfortable and relaxing.

We had lunch here and the food and dessert was excellent. The staff and service awesome. BUT, this place is small and jammed pack, and if you had no reservations you would not eat that day. The desserts delicious and fun!!!

The family platter offerings were fun and different for us. The service was excellent and the food was good and plentiful. A relaxing adult place to eat, but again very busy you will not eat without a reservation these days at Disney. If you are a veggie person not many options, but overall good experience.

The service, and staff did a great job. The food was good, and the variety was good as well. The characters did a great job with the kids and adults. The negative aspect this place is very busy, a lot of noise, kids running around, but more than usual. The lines are long, and now days all Disney restaurants are very busy, you must make reservations.
