I had an early dinner here on 12/17/14 as part of the Candlelight Processional dinner package. I was paying with two of my deluxe dining plan credits.
The service I received was terrible. I had been seated for about ten minutes before my server came to take a drink order. The dinner options were very limited with the dining plan. I could get one of the specialty pizzas but I couldn't choose what I wanted on my pizza without paying extra. For an appetizer I ordered the soup and requested the optional bread. For my entree I chose the mushroom pizza but asked to add onions and olives.
Before my soup had arrived a server came to my table with a pizza and asked if I had the mushroom pizza. Since I had just ordered and had requested additions I assumed she was at the wrong table and said no. She left. A server brought my soup and a basket with a few slices of rather dry bread. Before I started my soup a server was back with a mushroom pizza with olives (no onions). I said that it was too fast and I hadn't even started my soup. She said she'd talk to my server and left. Several minutes later she was back still carrying the pizza. She put it on the table and said my server would be over to talk to me about it. I was just finishing my soup when he returned. He said he could see that my pizza had arrived. I said I didn't appreciate it sitting there getting cold while I ate my "appetizer." He said that their service is designed to bring everything at once. (Strangely, that didn't seem to be the case at the other table around me.) He asked if I'd like to have it remade and I said yes. While I was waiting for it to return I noticed that at other tables people were being given olive oil for their bread. I was not offered any. My glass sat empty for long, long periods of time with no sign of my waiter anywhere.
My pizza arrived again and it was good. Not great and still missing onions. But good. I eat very little quantities of food at one time but this was one of the few restaurants where I didn't feel like I'd gotten anywhere near what I paid for.
I left feeling disappointed and somewhat angry.

We ate breakfast twice at the Pepper Market during a recent stay from 12/20 - 12/28. Both times we waited in line, once we got to the front of the line the person working went to another station. We waited so long for someone to return, that we finally went to another line to get our second choice. During the second visit, we were running late for the Magic Express bus since the hotel completely messed up our check out paperwork. I finally went behind the line to grab a breakfast sandwich, no one said anything. As soon as I left, a worker came over to help out the next guest. Food was very average. I wouldn't go there specifically, and was glad I wasn't paying for it since we had a free dining offer.

My daughter and I recently returned from a holiday trip to Disney. This was our third stay at Coronado Springs, and will be our last. Despite checking in on line months in advance, we were given a room in Casita 5 - the building was the farthest from El Centro as one could get. The person who checked us in wrote down the wrong room number. After walking (with all luggage) to the room, we had to walk all the back. She just giggled and said, whoops"" and gave us another room number. We then got to walk back to building 5 (still with all luggage) - luckily this one worked. Mousekeeping was average throughout the week - sometimes the room was well cleaned and re-stocked, other times they only made the bed. I had called several times to confirm our return flight, was constantly transferred from one department to the next. Despite being told everything was confirmed three times, we arrived back at the hotel the night before our departure with no printed boarding passes or Magic Express information. I began calling at 6 am to determine what to do on the day of our departure. I was again transferred from one department to the next. With less than 30 minutes until I anticipated that the Magic Express bus would arrive (and I only know this from previous trips) went to the front desk. After an 8 night stay, they didn't have me in the system and I had to show all types of registration information to get a hand-written note to get on the Magic Express bus. The person behind the desk referred me to yet another department to print boarding passes. By the time we arrived at this location - the line was very long and we had to board the bus and get boarding passes at the airport. If this had been our first visit to Disney, we would have had no idea what to do/or the timeframes typically needed. Given that the room was so far away from the restaurants, we revised our plans to eat breakfast in the parks each morning. We were close to one of the bus stops. We only went up to the main lobby twice during an 8 day stay, so felt like we were simply paying a substantial amount for an average room that looked out on a parking lot (ie, not a lot of Disney magic!) given the lack of attention to detail during check in and check out, I will very likely not return to Coronado Springs during future Disney trips.

First and foremost the Processional itself is a 10!
The way Disney seats you is the only downfall.
I participated in the diner package for reserved seats. Party of 3 dined in Itlay and paid top-dollar for lunch to avoid waiting in the "stand-by" line. Which by 11:15am was a long line already(World Showcase opens at 11am). So, ADR at 2pm for 5pm show..... come out of luch by 3:15 to see the "reserved seating" line is about a mile long. Ridiculous! I mean the line was past Morroco. Why do you think people get on the reserved line so early?? I found out firsthand that Disney allows the "stand-by" line to go into the theather at the same time as "reserved seating". Stupid! By the time the Processional started, ushers were still trying to find seats for "reserved seating" people. Families were broken up into different seating areas. That should not go on if you take the time to make ADR and pay the restaurant for your meal. On the dining plan it counts as 2 meals per person.
I'm glad I decided to get on that line early, I'm glad I had a nice seat for the show, but don't think I would go through the trouble again. Going to lunch(had to wait a bit for our ADR) then standing in that line for almost 2 hours took alot of time out of our day.
Again, the show is beautiful, the music, singing and Neil Patrick Harris as our host was wonderful.

We are a party of 3, 2 adults and my teenage(14) daughter.
Upon entering Hollywood Studios you need to go to the Guest Services building, left hand side right after entry of park. There you receive your Frozen lanyards and you get to pick which Frozen Sing-a-long show you would like to attend. I did not "check-in" untill noon time on my scheduled day and there were plenty of seats for all the shows during the day. The show is adorable and shouldn't be missed.
The reserved seats for the premiere package are OUTSTANDING! First two rows, front and center of the theater. We arrived 5 minutes to showtime. There was no line to wait in and you were personally ushered to your reserved seats, very nice.
The dessert party was beautiful. We lined up for the party about 5 minutes before it started and the seats we were able to get were right in front of the Osbourne Lights street. We sat drinking coco and eating snacks listening to the Chrismas music and watching the dancing lights, MAGICAL! The dessert party is situated right underneath the "Peace on Earth" sphere near the Camera, Lights, Action stunt show. Lighted buildings surround the party and Santa Goofy is right next to the party circle. Disney puts a fence up around the party to cut off outsiders. Plenty of seating for all who paid. The beauty of this party is you can leave, walk through the lights, take pictures, etc. and then come back into the party again. There are plenty of desserts, cupcakes, pudding, brownies, pop cakes, and an ice cream cart is there with all your Disney favorites. For beverages, there is a hot coco bar(plenty of coco fixings), bottled water, juice, soda and some mixed alcoholic beverages. The desserts were ok tasting. That's the only reason I gave it a 9. Everything is Frozen themed. AGAIN, MAGICAL...gets you right into a "Christmas mood"!
In addition to the show and party, you receive a limited edition pin and lithograph set upon entry to the dessert party. Very cute.
Although to some the price seems high, if you utilize the amenities it is well worth it. Less aggrivation of standing in line for the show/ using a Fast Pass or navigating the crowded street to watch the lights.
I hope this package will continue, it was a great experience. We will definitely do this again if it is there in 2016.

First time here, we loved it. Nachos as an app were delicious. Burger, pasta and chicken sandwich were piping hot and delicious. The restaurant was not crowed and they were able to seat us 45 min prior to our ADR. We were too full for desssert and were handed bottled waters on our way out to compensate us for dessert. Didn't even ask for them. Great service, food and fun movie/music on the big screen. A+

This was my third meal here and the food is not getting any better. Was going to avoid this restaurant all together but wanted the Fantasmic seating. PROS- wait staff was awesome, our server was a favorite of the trip and arrived 30 minutes early for ADR and was seated right away. The seats were great for Fantasmic. WDW finally realized if you pay for a lunch for preferred seats you shoud get them! CONS-food, can you really mess up spaghetti? YUP they could and did again. Just not good food, chicken is oven-baked, spaghetti was way too al-dente and steak was not cooked enough. Will not go back.

Party of 3, enjoyed my breakfast here. Characters were not rushed around and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Our waitress was wonderful, refilling drinks at all times. Jambo juice was delicious! The room is a bit dark for pictures, but food was good, there were plenty of choices. All-in-all a nice breakfast as there are not many meal choices in AK.

We attended our first MVMCP event Dec 7th. This was a Sunday. I will start by saying they were checking bands, and we did see people asked to leave.
We had a great time, even if my kids couldn't last the entire time. We left after the second parade, around 11 pm.
When we first came in we went o Jingle Cruise with a 25 min wait. We then went on Aladdin's Carpets with no wait. We got there at 4pm. After that we got Dole Whips then waited for the catle lighting show that stared at 6:15.
The highlight for my daughter was the castle lighting show with Frozen. We waited about 45 minutes so we could have a good spot but it was so worth it. We then did several more attractions with no wait. When can you walk right onto Dumbo, The Little Mermaid, and so much more?
We caught the pre show and holiday wishes, which were breath taking! We had no trouble finding a place to stand, and were right up front.
When it was time for the second parade my mom and step dad rode 7DMT with hardly any wait. 20 min. We went to meet Tinkerbelle then caught the parade. This go round there were plenty of places to stand and the parade didn't disappoint. It was the highlight of my night for sure! The parade characters interacted with my children, especially my 7yo, which made her feel super special.
We left right after bc my kids were beat and the baby had been asleep since about 9 in the stroller. We had no trouble catching the bus quickly to Pop.
I think it was a magical night. I'd do it again, and I'd recommend it IF you have been to the MK before or you have other days to go. It shouldn't be your one and only time to go bc you will not fit everything in!

Ate here during our Dec stay. We actually eat here every stay.....
The food here is served family style. The bread is warm and delicious, the eggs were just right, biscuits yummy, sausage and bacon great, Mickey waffles yummy as always, fruit was fresh, juice was fantastic (drank MANY glasses!). Overall, this is the very best breakfast taste and experience on property to my family.
My son met Mickey her efor the first time and it was pretty magical! The kids all enjoyed the parade, even my 13 yo who thinks she's too big for everything! But, Stitch is her favorite so she loves Ohana's!
We will go back. Everyone should experience this meal!!!!!!
