The Tea Experience at Rose Crown was lovely. We enjoyed 5 teas, 4 sandwiches and scones and cream and jam. We left with a bag of the teas we sampled. I'd do this again!

First time for this event. Great costumes, lots of candy, food (Maleficent soft serve cone!), rides, parade, show, fireworks, special Photopass shots, fun!

Emily at the pool on fri, sun & mon is amazing. My kids can’t wait to see her when they get to the pool. She dances and is so amazing with kids!

I really enjoyed this restaurant a few years ago. However, Disney has gotten a bit greedy. The marghereta pizza is FORTY DOLLARS! It's a thin crust pizza and barely feeds three people. This isn't a steak restaurant; it's a pizza place. Our bill was over $100 for calamari, a pizza and some sodas.

My family (myself, my wife, my 8 year old son, and my 3 year old son) used the service 3 times on our recent trip (Oct 2018). We used one night leaving HS after at closing, then we used the service going to and from Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This service is invaluable if you get anxious being crowded into a bus. Also even though it took a little while to get a van on both evenings it was still quicker than waiting on a bus. Also the gurantee of a car seat for our little one was great. We will budget this service in for all of our trips going forward.

Don't have to deal with overcrowded buses. Vans have car seats.Cons:

We have eaten at the old PH and wanted to try the new one even though some of the reviews were not glowing. Wow....are we glad we did. The food was excellent (try the chicken and gravy), service was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere - great. Yes it is noisy but we were still able to talk. It was full but there was plenty of room to get to and from the tables and we weren't sat too close to others (we were on the balcony). But the best part had to be the singalongs. There was no pressure, no encouragement but "Let It Go" set the mood, "Sweet Caroline" ramped it up and "YMCA" brought the house down.
We will definitely be back the enxt time we are in Florida from the UK

We ate here in October and had been looking forward to it for some time. Unfortunately the idea didn't live up to the reality. The service was good although a little slow. The food was ok but nothing special (and not as good as we expect from Disney). The film clips repeated about every 35 mins so we saw most things twice but worst of all was the cold temperature. It was very hot outside (91deg)and the cold was very refreshing for a few minutes. But it quickly became too cold and that's from a Brit! The idea is good and worth experiencing at least once, but we won't be in a rush to return.

Four adults on vacation, we try to find a new place each visit. This one will now be one of our must returns! Gracious welcome and seating as soon as we entered, even a bit early. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. We all had completely different meals and we were all most pleased.
