My brother had booked this for our family to go on while we were there in early July. It was by far the most fun we have had altogether in a while. Our captain Jody was fun, informative, and really knowledgeable. She made the fireworks cruise that much more special! I would definitely do it again and am thinking about booking this for my sister’s 50th birthday.
Pros:
Our captain Jody was amazing, beautiful view of fireworks, and good snacks.Cons:

Traveling with my 18 year old daughter for 7 nights. Positives first, the room was very clean and spacious enough for two people. We loved the newly refurbished room and beds were super comfortable. Staff at check-in and around the resort were nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Food court food is good. Negatives....When I requested a room(booked a year in advance)I requested upper-most level floor in the 50's building(paid for preferred room). I checked-in online, but reservation was \"lost\" so never received a text room alert and therefore, received neither of my requests. I was literally the last \"preferred room\" in the resort. Located in the back of the 70's building, 3rd floor. Yes you can hear the new barn doors of the bathrooms opening and closing from other rooms and loud as you hear toilets flushing. On 3 occasions Mousekeeping never came to tidy our room, and had to call, then leave the room again. We leave the room each day by 9am and don't return before 3pm. One big issue is the grounds work that is done beginning at such an early hour in the morning. I just don't understand why there are loud carts driving around and hoses for cleaning the pathways and leave blowers at 7am(almost daily). NOT COOL! While the room and price is nice I don't think we will be back.

This resort continues to go downhill. We were there for a 12 day stay. The food court is grossly undersized; it is not enjoyable to fight the crowds first thing in the morning, every morning of vacation. Buses are inefficient, crowded. Couldn't get a chair by the pool most of our stay due to crowds. The addition of pets to this resort will most likely push us elsewhere in the future, and this has been our home resort for many years.
Pros:
theming, proximity to Disney SpringsCons:

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are fabulous. The beds and pillows are supremely comfortable. Boma is brilliant for a sit-down breakfast or dinner; Maara is great for quick snacks, cold drinks and late night nibbles. Ok, the pool was out of action, but we knew that before going, and it wasn't a big deal to go to the one at Kidani Village. It's a 10 minute stroll or a quick hop on/off a shuttle bus. However, it was busy as we were there in September, it was baking hot, and both hotel and DVC were bus. We only went once. The down side of this hotel was the buses. I could write screeds about them, but I honestly think they need to be looked at again. My sister and I had booked lunch at Disney Springs for 1.30 one day. We left our room at 12.15 and strolled to the bus stop. The time showing was 12.30 for the next DS bus. Then the time started to change in 5 or 10 minute increments. We eventually got on a bus at 1.05pm - a wait of almost 45 minutes. Traffic was heavy and we were delayed. We missed our reservation and ended up going to the Earl of Sandwich instead. We also had problems getting a bus to the MK on a night the Halloween party was running. Again, a wait of almost an hour to get a bus and a very close call with a dining reservation at The Wave. We left in plenty of time (an hour and a half before our reservation), but the bus system was abysmal. We thought we could get on a bus to EPCOT and take the Monorail back, but it seemed like all the party-goers had the same idea and the EPCOT buses (there were 4 that turned up before an MK one did) were jammed. When the MK one showed up, we were squished in like sardines in a can, and made it to our dinner by literally 2 minutes after running back to the Contemporary from the MK parking lot!! PLEASE sort this out.

We stayed at All Star Sports the last week of August and we loved it! The rooms were nice, nothing too fancy but it is a value resort! The food at the food court was amazing and not at all what we expected. We didn’t wait long for buses and one night it rained and they had games and activities in the main building to keep the kids occupied. If we had one negative things to say, it would be the location of one of the smoking areas it was right outside the exit/entrance of one of the doors to the food court. We would definitely stay there again, my oldest son (8) is a big sports fan and loved the sports decor, my other son (7) loved the pool.

We stayed at BLT in February of 2017. We had a 2 bedroom lock off. I have to say, this was a great set up for 2 families. We had one family that were early risers and one family that wasn't. It was so perfect having the mini kitchenette as well as a full kitchen. We booked a lake view and had a wonderful side view of space mountain. That was a nice surprise!
Pros:
Walking distance to MK. Great set up in a 2 bedroom lock off. The extra (3rd) bathroom!! Top of The World Lounge that is available to DVC owners.Cons:
Room wasn't ready until after 4 pm. We had early flights that morning and were up very early. We were also traveling with a 17 month old. No quick service or market located at BLT. Had to walk over to The Contemporary.Review of Le Cellier Lunch/Dinner

We ate here on Sept 20 for diner and were really looking forward to it as we had not been here in a while. We were on the free dining plan so we swallowed the 2 credits for the meal accordingly. After a small wait were were seated and our hostess was very nice and attentive. She came quickly for drink and app orders and also got the bread service quickly. My wife loved the bread especially the pretzel bred. For apps she had the cheese soup and I had the PEI mussels. Both were excellent. The PEI were some of the best I have ever had. For diner my wife ordered the scallops and I got the NY Strip steak. After a while our hostess came over to let us know that the chef was re cooking my steak because it got a little over. So no issue there as it was the end of the day and we had no where to be. Food came and it looked really good. My wifes scallops were excellent. However, the NY strip had allot of grizzle and was generally not that good. The side was some bread pudding that had soaked up the steak juices and was not edible. Had it not been for the fact that it was late and we were on the free dining plan I would have sent that steak right back as it was a poor cut especially at $54. After we had 2 great deserts. The maple sugar creme brule was one. desert was very good. During that time our hostess came over and indicated that because of out wait our apps were being covered by the house, which we did not expect and were appreciative of. Overall our hostess was great and all food but my steak was top notch. Without the meal plan it is pricey but as long as the food is good it was worth it. We would go again but I would probably get the filet.
Pros:
Hostess, atmosphere, apps, desertsCons:

we used this 3 times on our trip in May. (it was still only 25.00 per trip and I know it probably costs more now) It rained non-stop the entire week we were there! (we saw the rainy day parade 3 times!) we used the Minnie van service to get home from Disney Springs one night during a downpour, to get to hotel our the last day because we got stuck in the park in a thunderstorm and were afraid we would miss the magical express, and also used it at 7am to get to Early Morning magic. we loved it! cars were new and clean and cast members were all wonderful. it seems they were all Disney employee veterans who had applied for the new position as a driver. it was worth every penny! so much of our trip was affected by the constant rain so it was nice to have something so helpful.
