Refurbishment is mixed blessings.
Pros:
Each room does feel bigger and is lighter\brighter. Lots more storage space.Cons:
A big .com is that with the exception of a banner like poster\picture above the main bed there is nothing else inside that says Disney. I want to be reminded even in my room that I am in the most magical place.Review of Tokyo Dining

I have been to Teppan Edo many times, but had never dined at Tokyo Dining until my visit this month. The atmosphere of Tokyo Dining is creative and vibrant. You may be seated near the window, with a great view of the World Showcase Lagoon (and Illuminations, if you are dining late). Even if you don't get a window seat, you will have a view of the open-kitchen sushi bar, which is fun for kids and adults alike. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. You will be greeted with a bow of respect, as is customary in Japanese culture. The menu is diverse and ranges from sushi, poke bowls, and appetizers to bento box combinations and creative Asian-fusion entrees. To start our meal, we ordered the tempura shrimp, which came with two different types: cassava flour breading and panko. Both were delicious. I ordered a variety of sushi and sashimi, which was exceptionally fresh and beautifully prepared. My brother ordered the Miso Marinated Rack of Lamb, which was some of the most tender and flavorful we have ever tried. My parents ordered the Miso-Yaki Salmon and Teriyaki Butter Grilled Chicken, which were also excellent. The accompanying seasonal vegetables (rainbow cauliflower and asparagus) were a bit cold when they were served. Overall, we were very happy with our meal. The prices are quite high, but not atypical for Disney table-service restaurants. The kids menu only offers a few options, although many of the regular menu options would likely appeal to children, particularly the teriyaki chicken and noodle bowls.
Pros:
Friendly service, atmosphere, fresh sushi, innovative and creative menu.Cons:
Somewhat limited menu options for kids, expensive. Very few complaints overall.Review of Crystal Palace Breakfast

As much as I love Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet, I won't be eating here soon
Pros:
Characters, only place for Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger together.Cons:
Food and Price, we went for lunch and the food wasn't very good and the price was way too much. I spent less at Tusker House for better food and a reserved seat at Rivers of Light. I may try breakfast here someday but the characters aren't worth $161 for three people.Review of Be Our Guest -Counter Service Lunch

We always try to get a lunch reservation at BOG each trip. The braised pork was tender and delicious, mashed potatoes were yummy, and the green beans were perfect. No complaints here.
Pros:

We just got back from a 10 day trip to POFQ on Dec. 19th. The resort was beautiful with Christmas decorations. The room was clean and kept cleaned each day. The CM's were very helpful. Food court was very good with good selection. No complaints. Love this resort, as it is easier to get around with our mobility issues.

The food was very good. The experience was lacking. We did not like having to stand in such a long, winding queue just to order. Then finding seating was nearly impossible. We had to take an outside table and then other guest would hover near waiting for u to finish. Disney really needs to improve the seating at all of the World Showcase QS! These are great places but they have no seating. You need a little break from the madness at lunch! The wait staff was pretty friendly. I would Have rated this higher if it had better seating & ordering
Pros:
Great food good wineCons:

This was a mixed bag experience! We had dinner reservations for 7:50 on an EMH night. When we checked in we were told that it would be a 45 minute wait! That is ridiculous when you’ve had reservations for 5 months! I know the park was much busier than we expected but Disney knew how many reservations had been made and should have at least offered us something for the inconvenience. We completely missed the fireworks. I knew We wouldn’t get a spot up front with such late dining but we shoud’ve been out early enough to see some of them.
However, once we were seated our server was great. He quickly got us settled and had our drinks promptly. He didn’t rush us though and worked to make sure we enjoyed the meal. The food was great! My kids don’t normally eat mashed potatoes but they liked these. My son said it was the best roast he’s ever eaten. I’m glad that we tried it but with such a long wait I dont know that we’ll be back

The food here was very good! Probably the best QS at WDW. We have picky eaters and they were very satisfied with their selections. DS 16 did the beef with rice and beans. He didn’t like the slaw & boba on it. So keep in mind you can have that held if you aren’t interested. My DH has the beef with salad base and thought it had great flavor. The steak was quite tender for a QS restaurant. I had The chicken with salad and really like the charred onion dressing with the dish. DD 13 ordered the kids quesadilla, it was pretty basic but she was satisfied. She would have liked to have sour cream with it but settled for the onion dressing that I had. The Moara margarita was very tasty. One of the best things about this restaurant is how quiet it was inside. This was a very busy day at AK. The outside seating was jammed packed and noisy but once we got inside and found a table I was surprised at how quiet it was. The inside was very full to but I think all the partial walls & art helped deaden the noise. Overall this was a good experience
Pros:
Good food. Mobile ordering quiet for a QSCons:

This isn’t our 1st experience with Restaurantosaurus so we knew what to expect. This was second choice when we couldn’t use mobile ordering for Flame Tree and the line for Flame Tree stretched to Dinoland! The food is good enough & hits the spot when your hungry. The mobile order was really easy and made for a short wait( other than the woman who insisted the cast member help her instead of getting my drinks, she couldn’t wait in another line). I like the topping bar. They had sautéd mushrooms & onions. If you don’t find the toppings you want to one bar go to the other side of the restaurant. Also, the cast members on this trip were really great! Not only about rude guests but they came to gather our trash and sang happy birthday to celebrating guests!

My family of 4 ate here our last night. After a terribly crowded day and very busy trip this was the best way to end our night at AK! Tiffins recently updated the menu to be a little more accessible to younger eaters, i.e. picky teens.
Our waiter, Nate, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He could talk to us about the wine selection as well as the amazing art featured at Tiffins. He was also very friendly!
My DH & DS had the surf & turf. My DH paid the highest possible compliment to the steak by comparing it to his favorite steakhouse at home. The steak was so tender he bearly used the knife. My DS (16) ate all of his steak & lobster then finished his dads lobster, he normally avoids steak.
My DD (13) tries the chicken and waffles. She was worried about the unusual sauce that it was served with but Nate brought her regular maple syrup as well with all the others on the side. She was very happy with the flavors of the chicken, the chicken was roasted, so it was different than the normal dish. I had The shrimp and grits, it was also delicious! The dish had a slight spice and all the flavors worked well. The wine and specialty drinks were very good. The chocolate dessert is probably the best. I can not recommend Tiffins enough!
