I cannot say enough great things about this quick service restaurant. The food was so good, the service was amazing and they had fantastic desserts and drinks.

Pros:

Food, drinks, service (beyond amazing cast members). Cost. Uncrowded.

Cons:

No cons.

I was so disappointed in this restaurant. I only liked 1 of the sauces from the bread service and my husband only liked 3. The drinks were too strong, the food was over priced and over seasoned. The service was mediocre. It was also obnoxiously loud.

Pros:

Atmosphere.

Cons:

Service,food,cost,mixed drinks.

I really liked all the options they had. Never had to stand in the check out line for long. Not so much at the serving stations. They had lots of dessert and beverage options that were awesome.

Pros:

Lots of variety, food was always good.

Cons:

It can get very busy and I've had to wait 10+ minutes for my items.

Great atmosphere, friendly servers, over priced! We were very disappointed with the portion size. The bolognese was more like an appetizer than an entree. People next to us ordered spaghetti amp meatballs for their daughter which was double the size of my bolognese! 3-4 mouthfuls, and it was gone! We both left hungry! Such a ripoff!

Pros:

Atmosphere

Cons:

Over priced, tiny portions

6 of us dressed up and went "fancy" for one meal during our 9 day trip. I give it a 10 star rating, it was so amazing. First you check in downstairs and they come get you and you go up in a private elevator right to the restaurant. When we arrived, our table was waiting for us, they brought us right over. The first thing you notice is the amazing view! We arrived at 6pm, our meal lasted 2 hours, then afterward we watched the fireworkd/Happily Ever After show at Magic Kingdom from the observation deck. It was breathtaking. We used the dining plan, prices would be over our budget otherwise. Our server was amazing, and it felt like he was just there for us. After taking our drink orders, ( my mom ordered coffee, they grind it tableside and serve it with real sugar cubes), they bring out sourdough bread served with warm herbed oil, this was so good we had to force ourselves to say no when our server asked if we wanted more ( we knew we had a lot of food to eat!) We all ordered the Cowboy Cut 19oz ribeye steak. We have different tastes in how well the meat is done, but they all came out perfect. You could cut the steak with a fork. It was so juicy and seasoned just right. It was served with honey saffron-glazed carrots and aged Gouda macaroni and cheese. Wow, the mac n cheese was so good! There was so much food, only one of our group was able to finish the whole steak. For dessert we ordered Warm Valrhona Chocolate cake, and i had the carrot cheesecake. Was very good and even though we were so full, we at least tried it! We were not rushed at all during our meal, and we also didn't feel like we were waiting for food either. It was just the perfect experience. We finished up just at the fireworks and Happliy Ever after was starting. We watched from the Observation Deck and it was so amazing. My mom is afraid of heights, so she stood inside and watched through the floor to ceiling windows, all of a sudden our server walked up behind her with a chair for her to sit in! If we use the dining plan we will definitely visit again. This was an amazing experience.

Pros:

Food, view, service, everything

Cons:

was hard to get an ADR, i started exactly 180 days out, and i signed up for 2 different ADR help sites. We actually got our ADR one day before we ate there using the Touring Plans app.

We visited here for the first time back in 2000 and make it a point to stop everytime we vacation at Disney. This place is huge, so even if there is a line, you can always find a seat. There is a stage with some outdated characters singing, however the kids still enjoy it! We order burgers and our favorite part is the toppings bar, anything and everything you could want on a burger. Find a table, spread out, let the kids make their burgers then watch the show while the adults sort of regroup and get a little rest. strawberry lemonade slushy is always good, love it here. My daughter in law ordered the loaded fries, i did not try them but she said they were amazing!

Pros:

Toppings bar! Large dining room, stage with singing characters for the kids. Even though its loud, its a nice place to relax and regroup, can people watch if you sit by a window.

Cons:

only issue was we pre-ordered through the disney app, on MDE, and they could not find our order right away. There was some glitch, however they got the manager out right away and she took care of it for us and made sure our dining credits were correct.

Review of Be Our Guest - Counter Service Breakfast

We split up our group of 10 into 3 smaller groups bc it was so busy, theres a system to ordering/seating/eating. Once we ordered, got our drinks and sat down, we waited for servers pushing carts around to bring us our food. We were all seated in different areas since it was so busy. The drink station is too small for the volume of diners,. There was a line, and you have to get straws, napkins, salt/pepper, etc. They 'misplaced" two of our meals, they ended up reordering and finally came out just as two of us were finishing, they did bring two fast passes and apologized for the wait. We all ordered the Feast A La Gaston. The food was very good, however we used our dining plan credits, I would not pay the $25 per plate price. Way to expensive. The atmosphere is very cool here. Just beautiful. It was hard to see everything because of the tables and so many people walking around. It felt awkward to walk around and take pictures, you would have to stand in front of tables where people are eating.

Pros:

Beautful, so much to see. food was great, if you have the dining plan is a good place to visit once.

Cons:

Breakfast is too expensive for what you get, unless you use the dining plan, go somewhere else. Crowded, hard to see everything. Feels like a cafeteria inside of a palace :/

Review of Chip and Dale Harvest Feast at The Garden Grill

The atmosphere is fun and the family style is cool. The food was good. We had a large group of 10 (8 adults), they serve the food in a large frying pan. It really isn't enough for everyone, we asked for more and by the time they brought more out, we were ready to leave. So this may be a good choice for a smaller group or family. The actual food is tasty and the characters come around frequently. Servers were very nice. I would try again maybe for the breakfast meal.

Pros:

great for smaller families, food is good, service is friendly, characters come around alot, the kids loved seeing Chip n Dale and Mickey. fun atmosphere, great for kids.

Cons:

Not enough food for a large group, food can take a while to come out. did not care for the dessert.

We loved the old PH, so we were excited to try the new one. The atmosphere is not the same at all. All the movie/music memorabilia is upstairs and you have to ask for an escort/permission to see it all. The dining room is very plain with just a large screen. It may be just right for a nighttime/younger crowd. For families though, there is nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either. Felt like were at any other steak house restaurant at home. We did not like our server, she came to the table and yelled at us all to shh and pay attention so she could explain the dining plan ( maybe this was the problem) We ordered the mac n cheese burger, the NY strip steak, BBq ribs, and I believe the salmon. I think the kids had chicken. All food was good. The famous mac n cheese burger was tasty, but very hard to eat.

Pros:

Food was good, quick seating, easy to find at Disney Springs, Restaurant may be fun for younger adults on a friday or saturday evening

Cons:

plain, feels like any other place at home, not memorable at all. Server was not friendly, and in fact was our least favorite in the 9 days we were at Disney. Prices are high, we used dining plan thank goodness

We visited on a hot/busy afternoon, so that is why we had such a long wait. However even with that, the food just was not good. We all had classic burger and fries. Burgers were dry and fried were undercooked and cold. We did like the variety of dipping sauces available. Seating is limited as well. order at the counter and seat yourself. The counter person was friendly, but we had to go back up to get a missing fry from our order. I would not eat here again.

Pros:

variety of dipping sauces

Cons:

food was bland, cold and undercooked, limited seating
