We ate here on May 30 - 2 adults & 2 kids. The food was all very good, however our server was not. She was fine at first, however, she was not friendly. She brought our drinks, took our order, and then other people brought the food out. We didn't see her again for at least 30 minutes. Never offered drink refills or an additional drink from the bar. When she finally returned, we asked for one dessert and boxes for the kids' leftovers. She brought boxes, and someone else brought the dessert. We again sat waiting to get our check and leave for another 20-30 minutes. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but we felt like she was annoyed by her job. We saw several other servers working hard and checking on their tables frequently. No complaints about the food - it was great.

Would not stay here again! We booked a preferred room for 4 nights and actually had to check out a day early and change hotels. The beds were terrible and by the 2nd night our backs were hurting so bad. We opted out of the maid service and they said we would receive a gift card but the maid came in the room the next day and we never received the gift card. I also stopped by the front desk on the first night and told them that we didn't have a car so we wouldn't get charged. The cast member asked if we came by boat (in a rude way) and I told her that my daughter's boyfriend had dropped us off. However, we got charged for parking each night and had to go back to the front desk to have the charges removed.
Pros:
Small bus stop and good bus service. Small property and within walking distance to All Star Music and All Star Movies.Cons:

We ordered breakfast during a recent visit. I ordered an adult and child version of the bacon, eggs & potatoes plate. When I received the order, the only way I could tell the difference was the size of the plate (adult plate was larger). Otherwise, the same quantity of each item was served. The child’s plate was close to half the adult price and I got the same breakfast my 3 year old did. A real disappointment. However, it tasted good and we both cleaned our plates. I’d recommend Flo’s, but be aware of quantity discrepancies.

This resort is so amazing! We have stayed here twice and have never regretted it. The property is beautiful and the option of AoA is right nearby for more food/souvenir options. This resort has three pools, which is way more than your typical hotel. Architecture is wonderful and it just feels so nice.
Pros:

My second favorite resort. Between this resort and Pop Century, I would recommend staying here. If you have a large family or older teens and adult children in your party, go with the suites. You have one bedroom, a pull-down table bed, and the pull-out sofa bed. The suites also have a coffee pot and microwave in the room along with some disposable dishes. You also get two bathrooms in the suites which comes in handy. The cast members provided great guest service, were curteous, and helpful and knowledgeable.
Pros:
Suites, microwave in the suites, great theming. The Cars Suites are great and the Cars Displays are great. Kids and adults alike will like this resort.Cons:

I have ordered from there 3 times as I have only ever gotten a free cupcake for my birthday. If you join their rewards program and provide your birthday, they will send you an email around your birthday for a free cupcake. Since my birthday falls in the late fall (mid to late November), I always get their seasonal cupcakes for Christmas. The second two were great, but the first was awful. I only liked the frosting on the first one. I like that it has ties with Cupcake Wars on Food Network. My recommendation is mixed because I do recommend it for the free birthday cupcake, but the prices seem a bit high otherwise.
Pros:
Free birthday cupcake, and the location is good... it's not in a too crowded area of DS.Cons:

It is a quick service restaurant that is a good value. They have a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
Pros:
PriceCons:
It used to be on my all-time not to miss eating location. That's not the case anymore. The last three times that I went there, they didn't make my sandwiches correctly. We had to go back in to the cashier for a replacement sandwich. Only once did they make it correctly the second time around. The last time around, I asked them to exchange it for a different sandwich, but they wouldn't. I may try a different menu item next time.Review of Shula's Steakhouse Dinner

As long time Shula's fans, we regret to say that we were incredibly disappointed in our recent meal there. Approximately half of our favorite dishes had been removed from the menu or had changed in preparation (chopped salad, crab mac and cheese, grilled asparagus). The crab cakes also seemed different somehow (less lump and more shredded crab meat?). In addition, the wait staff didn't treat us in the normal attentive manner - we were not shown the cuts of beef or told about the desserts that require lengthy preparation, and basically ignored when they found out we didn't want alcoholic drinks or want to eat the big ticket items. As long boardwalk villas owners, we loved the fact that our favorite restaurant was a short walk away and considered Shula's our special meal during our multiple visits to WDW each year. Unfortunately, after our latest experience, we find ourselves in need of a new favorite restaurant as we won't be going back anytime soon. For what we spend at Shula's, we can have better meals and much cheaper meals at \"lesser\" restaurants like Satu'li Canteen and D-Luxe Burger. Disappointed BWV and SSR owners.

Generally, I am not a huge fan of buffets, but this is one I would go back to. We don't have small children, but enjoyed the characters. The food was very good and fresh, and we all went back for 2nds and 3rds. I enjoyed the Sangria with my meal! The atmosphere was beautiful, and we had a lovely view of the castle. As far as buffets go, this is my favorite.

This was our first time going, and we absolutely loved it! I loved the corny jokes and the audience interaction. Even my 15yr old daughter loved it. The food was okay, but the show and the Sangria (the red was the best) made up for that!
