Used to be our go to favorite place but something has changed and not for the better! Our last 3 visits (any place can have an off night so we went back 2 more times) service is still excellent the food bland we took some friends there chicken cutlet parm dried out over cooked no flavor. The oso buco the same bland no flavor the polenta like wall paper glue The margarita pizzette flavorless. Please fix this !

Not as bad as Art of Animation...

The only thing good about this hotel is its proximity to the two parks.Cons:
As with all things WDW, the pricing of the product compared to the value of said product is wildly mismatched. Rooms that are no better than a regular hotel and they are 4 or 5 times the price. Convenience store quality food that has a Michelin star price attached. Requested room add ons that never happened... Patently ridiculous WDW continues to get away with this.Review of Polite Pig

We just spent 10 nights at All-Star music and loved every minute of it! Those who say that this is the worst place to stay, must have too much money, and want to be catered to every minute of the day! We do not have problems riding the buses because it is part of the experience. However, you can grab a lift, if you’re not much of a snob! We highly recommend all her music. The rooms have been updated and the customer service here is excellent!!

Food was very tasty. Got 4 small plates to share with fiancé (croquettes, shrimp and garlic sauce, chorizo, and squid ink paella). Food was good, but portions were somewhat small for the price. That being said, it could quite possibly be the best shrimp in garlic sauce I’ve ever had.

Loved the atmosphere and our waitress was very accommodating. This is always a must due for my family when we go to WDW. My son cannot eat food with artificial dyes so our waitress asked the chef to come out and speak to us. She let us know what food had dyes (all of their desserts, my 6 year old was not happy) and even brought us dye free alternatives from their shop.

Amazing food! Even got my 2 kiddos, who are very picky eaters, to eat something. Great atmosphere with musicians playing on stage who invite the audience down to participate.Cons:

Great place to take kids to meet 4 different princesses. Food was delicious and our waiter was great! My kids are extremely picky eaters and it was kind of hard for them to find something to eat.

Was ignored at two other "not-busy" restaurants, but this one seated me right away, took my order promptly, and the fish and chips were great!
