I’m a frequent Disney traveler. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant on every level. STK is all hype. The service we received was terrible, couldn’t even get our water glasses refilled or the patio heater turned on. We felt like second class citizens. One would think that for the price, we would have been treated better, but the tip was not optional, so our server didn’t put in any effort. Avoid unless you enjoy paying $13 for butter and $12 for peppercorns!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a great experience that we had on 12/30/2023 we dined at the bar and enjoyed multiple cocktails and small plates. Are bartender Aaron was fantastic as well as the other staff he went above and beyond any normal expectation including adding special touches to our cocktails making great recommendations and being very personable 2 drinks that specifically stood out were the Mojito with his special touch and the strawberry cobler martini both were beyond wonderful. We look forward to coming back soon and plan to make sure that Aaron will be there when we go. Aaron is a perfect example of a fantastic emplyee!
Pros:
fantastic food and drinks as well as fantastic service Equally important is the happy hour menue the best in town (excellent quality with a great value)Cons:
Only 1 con the location requires going into Disney springs we would dine at least once a week if you were located in the Icon parkReview of Boardwalk Inn (Deluxe Resort)

My family loves staying at the Boardwalk. Most recently we had a Boardwalk View. I've heard some people say it is too noisy, but my experience couldn't have been any better. Wonderful view of the lake and Epcot. The pool is nicely tucked away, with great bar service and is compact enough it's easy to keep track of the kids. Location can't be beat. Epcot is a short walk. HS can be accessed via the skyline, boat or walking path (my favorite).
Pros:
Location to Epcot and HS Hotel Layout Restaurants and Boardwalk ActivitiesCons:
I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten rolled over by the board walk bikes.Review of Le Cellier Lunch/Dinner

As in past years, my husband and I had Candlelight Processional dinning reservations for December 6 and we were really looking forward to it. Have always had very good food and service. This year the wheels fell off the bus! We declined the table that is right outside of the restrooms (horrible place to have to sit and try to enjoy your meal) and we were sent to the table in the farthest, darkest corner of the restaurant, which is still better than the bathroom runway table. The waiter was not ready to provide service to guests and told us he would be back. Seven minutes later he returned and asked if we were ready to order. We had no menus so, no we were not. When we finally did get menus, he again asked if we were ready to order and did not ask if we had questions about the menu. I did. I asked about the scallops and he said "oh, they were dropped" off of the menu. I asked about the Brussell sprouts and he indicated that the menu is always changing and that the chef trys out new dishes all of the time. Upon recommendation from the waiter, I decided to try the new fish dish and my husband ordered the filet mignon which the waiter said was the customer favorite. We had ordered wine but it was not served until we were halfway through our meals. No one came back to check and see if our food was okay and, in fact, my husband sat looking at his steak for about 20 minutes. At that point the waiter came by (not to see if the meals were correctly prepared) but to see if we were ready for dessert. My husband indicated that he had ordered a medium rare steak and the waiter excused himself to see what was recorded when he took/placed the order. He came back and said, "yes, you did order medium rare and that steak is obviously well done." He blamed the error on the back waiter who delivered his steak to someone else accidentally. He took it away but never asked me about my meal even though I had hardly touched it. My fish appeared to be blackened or something like that. It was not at all flavorful and was very dry. I decided to give up and just drink my wine for dinner. Dessert was Creame Brulé. I love custard but this wasn't that, it was more like pudding and not at all what I had hoped it would be. Overall, the food was bad, and the service was terrible. I guess that's what you get when you refuse to sit at the table on the runway to the toilet. Won't be going back there and paying those prices for such a bad experience.
Pros:
We have eaten here before and had good experiences.Cons:
Worst waiter ever. I really did not want to leave a tip at all.Review of Mission: SPACE

This ride is essentially a human centrifuge to simulate the feeling of take off into space. There are warnings about motion sickness and such but you may not realize how it would affect you until after the ride starts. But there’s nothing you can do once the doors close. It was quite scary feeling trapped and I had to really focus to stay calm somehow. I started to panic because the screen/ control board moves in close to your face and there becomes very little space inside the pod. So if you’re even a little claustrophobic, I would avoid it. I’m fine with roller coasters but after this, I felt dizzy for several hours and impaired my enjoyable of the park afterward.

We took Mears at the end of November from the airport to Animal Kingdom Lodge. It took 2 hours. We sat at the airport for 1/2 hour not moving waiting for the bus to fill up, then when I finally thought we were going to leave, we pulled away to stop at another terminal to wait for more people to board and then to 2 hotels before ours. We chose to do something different on the way back.

Horrible. They don’t tell you that the simulator spins to make you feel the pressure of blast off and acceleration. We were sick for hours after and it basically ruined our day at Epcot.
Pros:
None.Cons:
Makes you feel sick due to the simulator spinning. The screens are individual and the quality is terrible so on top of the motion the visual is blurry. There is no panic button or any way to indicate that you feel sick and need it to end.Review of STK Orlando

Horrible Arrogant service. 1/2 hr waiting before drinks came, after 1 hr we asked where the appetizers were after seeing other tables that sat after us got their food first. Had to ask the server where the bread was. He then sent the manager over to argue with us as he said we upset him. Manager came over and made excuses for him. Worst steakhouse we’ve ever been to and we’ve eaten in the best all over the world. A back yard bbq with 5 day old food could do better than this place. Totally over hyped don’t waste your money. Worst arrogant service ever . No toilet paper in the ladies room!
Pros:
Best arrogance from a waiter. Best arrogance from a manager . Horrible atmosphereCons:

My wife Jessica Elston and myself have visited Disneyworld, a total of two times. The first was our honeymoon Jan 22, and the second was for my wife’s 30th birthday Sep 23.
On both occasions we were fortunate enough to have Randy Porter as our driver to our accommodation.
We are from the United Kingdom, so when we do save enough to cross the Atlantic, we want the trip to be as magical as possible.
Randy Porter has made both occasions feel amazing. His subject knowledge, along with his hilariously friendly personality, made our holidays really special.
This praise is a longtime coming, for a man that deserves to be highlighted as a commodity to your business.
Thank you all very much.
Best Regards
