General good service. Took the standard service from the Orlando airport to Disney and back. Only downfall was the wait for the bus to leave the airport to get to Disney. We arrived later in the evening and waited 45 mins on the bus for others to arrive so that we could make our way to the hotel. Once we got started we made three quick stops and were at our hotel in no time. Great service especially considering the price. On the way back we had no issues. Bus arrived right on time and we arrived to the airport pretty quickly making a few stops on the way.

We used the MearsConnect for our Orlando trip. For the pick up, they won’t be on time for you so you will probably miss your flight if you choose them. The company is not very flexible for changing the schedule and they also don’t care about your individual situation. All they care is Money! Good luck if you choose them. They will never refund your money since you pay in advance, even if it’s their fault!

We had no problems getting to our resort from MCO. However, we waited for our driver to pick us up to go back to the airport and guess what he never showed up. He went to French Quarter and we were at Riverside, then said we were no shows. When we called the number provided they put us on hold several times and they were very rude. Eventually we just ended up grabbing a Sunshine flyer bus that was at our resort. When we called for a refund they told us they can’t do it over the phone and we would have to email them. Still waiting.

My "Yes" recommendation comes with a stipulation. I would only use Mears Connect to travel FROM the airport. The Magical Express had this service down pat, and as this is the same company just with different bus livery now, I know that they know what they are doing when it comes to airport transfers to resorts and have had good experience of this on every trip. (Compared to using a different service who didn't really seem to know what was going on)
I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes at the airport for a bus transfer either so very happy with that part of the service.
However, on every occasion I have used them to go back to the airport, the bus was either running very late or didn't turn up at all, which is not good when you are travelling internationally and only have one flight a day.
I know a lot of other reviews say that it's not the drivers fault if there is traffic, and yes that is true, except that if it's happening so regularly it should be factored in to the trip time by the scheduler.
So, I would recommend them to travel from the airport, but I would not recommend them to travel from your resort TO the airport.

We were supposed to be picked up at 2:55pm at Art of Animation resort on Aug 15 2022, the bus never showed up. I called the customer service at 3:30pm, they sent us a van. I did not miss the flight but it was very uncomfortalbe waiting experience outside a hot day worrying about when the bus could come.

Mears connect its the best and still is the best since they were disney magical express. s I come to disney twice a month with my granddaughter and I met lovely, helpful and knowledgeable drivers. I had the honor in being in the driver bus twice and her name is Virginia. She has alot of knowledge. People stop complaining, its not the company nor the drivers fault because there is a lot of traffic. These drivers are safe drivers and they are always on time.

I took Mears Connect form Disney's Pop Century Resort to the airport and didn't have many issues. The only thing was maybe the lack of cleaning in the bus. Every window I could see was dirty and filled with hand marks. Besides that the ride was fine, nothing spectacular. The app showed me where the bus was and it arrived on time.

Worst car service I have ever hired. Wanted to surprise our kids with a limousine transport from the airport to Disney and they showed up in a van. Got the run around when I called and spoke to the owner who was rude, when i asked if there would be a credit. He said he did not neeD my business and cancelled my return service to be airport. DO NOT use them

I been riding Mears connect since it first started. I come to disney twice a month and I met lovely, helpful and knowledgeable drivers. People needs to stop complaining, its not the company or the drivers fault because there is a lot of traffic. These drivers are safe drivers and they are always on time. The people that come to vacation needs to relax a bit.
