Construction continues to progress on a popular Disney World spot that has been permanently closed for over a year!

Disney’s Boardwalk Resort used to be home to a very popular dueling piano bar called Jellyrolls, until it closed down in April 2025. Since then, Disney has been hard at work on the construction of the building, and we have another update for you.
The building is very clean, but also very plain on the outside. You wouldn’t be able to tell that Jellyrolls once stood here, unless you’ve been there.

Most of the work is being done on the left side of the building.

You can see they have plastic covering the holes in the wall, and that the walls now have Pittsburgh Paint signs.

We have yet to hear what will be taking over this spot, or when we can at least expect it to arrive at the Boardwalk Resort. We’re excited to hear what the new addition to the popular Disney resort will be. With how fast construction is moving, we’re thinking we should get information soon.

Despite the permanent closure, this is not the end for the dueling piano bar. A new Jellyrolls is coming, and this one will be just 10 minutes away from the original location. Construction has already begun on this new space, and we can’t wait to see it.

The new version of Jellyrolls will be for adults 21 and up, and will have free parking, as well as a space to be dropped off by rideshare. Expect Jellyrolls to feature more technologically advanced lighting and sound, as well as a prominent stage.

We’re going to be keeping an eye out for everything happening with the old Jellyrolls location at Disney, as well as the new Jellyrolls that will be coming. We’re always on top of all the latest Disney news and updates, so make sure to follow us at AllEars for more!
