The Blueberry Lemonade Cookie is $6.50 at Gideon’s Bakehouse. It’s made with a naturally sweetened blueberry-lemon cookie base topped with yogurt mini chips, then finished with a sprinkling of agave crunch & blueberry sugar.

The cookie itself is a tart lemon flavor stuffed with small blueberry pieces and blueberry jam. It was very soft and crumbly because of all the moisture. The yogurt chips added some crunch. It was very fruity and not too sweet.

We’d recommend this cookie to blueberry lovers, and this tart, sour lemon is perfect for any citrus fan. Just make sure to keep the paper nearby, since it will crumble as soon as you start to break it apart!
