Anyone who’s ever been to Walt Disney World knows that rain is simply a fact of life at the “Most Magical Place on Earth.” From more intense storms to the “traditional” midday rain storm, which seems to roll in, soak guests, and disappear as quickly as it arrives each afternoon.

Given that we’re in the parks every day, the rain can get especially tiresome, especially when it comes to wet shoes and sopping wet socks. However, that’s where this ESSENTIAL item comes in!
Believe it or not, we’ve found the best way to keep our socks and shoes dry is this set of Waterproof Shoe Covers!

When we first saw these, we weren’t convinced of their effectiveness… and we were WRONG! They keep our feet — and our tennis shoes — mostly nice and dry, even in the rain.

We’d advise sizing up to alleviate any discomfort from the zipper top.

One word of warning? They’re not 100% foolproof. If you’ve got an open gap to the top they you’re leaving room for rain to get in, but it’s still much less than the alternative.
Do they look a little silly? Yes. But do they actually work and keep your shoes dry? Also, yes! We’d much rather look a little during a sporadic Disney downpour than be stuck wearing squishy, wet shoes all day long.
