An Exclusive Event Is Coming to a Disney World Hotel — But There’s A Catch!

Disney Vacation Club just announced the sweetest Valentine’s Day bonus.

There’s a lot to celebrate about being a Disney Vacation Club member already, but when you’re treated to a few extra perks here and there, it’s even sweeter! And there’s a new DVC event happening soon that’s only happening for a limited-time.

Disney Vacation Club is spreading the love this February with a brand-new Valentine’s Day–themed experience that’s perfect for Members looking to add a little extra magic to their vacation. The Disney Vacation Club Meet & Treat event will take place inside the Convention Center at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, offering eligible DVC members and their party the chance to enjoy sweet treats and mingle with beloved Disney characters in a festive, heart-filled setting.

This special event is being offered on select dates in February, including Monday, February 2nd, Tuesday, February 3rd, Monday, February 9th, and Tuesday, February 10th. Event hours will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, giving members a perfect midday break from the parks to enjoy something a little more relaxed, and a lot more adorable.

As part of Disney Vacation Club’s Membership Magic offerings, this Valentine’s Day Meet & Treat is designed exclusively for DVC members who are eligible for Membership Extras benefits. To attend, members must also have a qualifying reservation booked within their eligible membership at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Disney World or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the same date as the event.

One of the best parts? No event registration is required. Members can simply show up during event hours with their valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and a photo ID. Just keep in mind that admission is subject to capacity limits, so arriving earlier is a good idea if this is a must-do for your trip. Once the venue reaches capacity, a standby line may be offered, though it could close before 1:00 PM depending on demand.

The event will be held at the Fantasia Ballroom West Salons & Pastorals on the main level of Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center. Disney recommends using Disney World transportation, as hotel parking will not be available for this event. Look for event signage near the Convention Center entrance and follow directions toward the West Rotunda.

Each Membership Card allows the member to bring up to four guests, or the number of guests listed on their resort reservation, whichever is fewer. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian, and the member listed on the Digital Membership Card must be present to check in.

Disney notes that treat options, character experiences, and event dates are all subject to change, and the event may be modified or canceled at any time. The offer is also nontransferable and cannot be sold.
