Just How Many Disney World Characters Can You Meet in One Day? We're Finding Out!

Meeting characters in Disney World is high on many people’s priority list, and we understand why! There’s nothing better than getting to hug your favorite Disney character, right?

Throughout the four Disney World parks, there are DOZENS of character meet and greets to experience. Some require getting in line and waiting for your turn, while other characters roam around the parks, and if you get lucky, you can say a quick hello and snag a photo with them. But just how many characters can you meet in ONE day? We sent one of our team members on the mission, and you can see how it went TOMORROW morning!

We sent Sage on a mission to meet as MANY characters as he could in Disney World in one day, and yes, that includes ALL four parks!

While there are Lightning Lanes available to help you skip ride lines in Disney World (and therefore almost reserve your place in line, in a way), there’s not a way to do that with character meet and greets, so it’s a toss up on what kind of wait times you’ll see!

While you can check your My Disney Experience App for character meet and greet times (keep in mind that meet and greets stop MUCH earlier than most other things in the parks, so you’ll want to do these earlier in the day rather than later!), the roaming characters are a little harder to find. You can ask nearby Cast Members if they happen to know when a certain character may be coming out, and they’ll help you as best they can.
