AAA Awards Esteemed Five Diamond Designation to a Popular Hotel Near Disney World

We love to talk about all the amazing Deluxe Disney World resorts, but you don’t have to live in the “Disney bubble” to find excellent luxury accommodations. In fact, there are other hotels in the Orlando area that you should definitely check out!

One of the resort hotels we recommend just outside of Disney World is the Conrad Orlando. Why, you may ask? Well, the Conrad Orlando at Evermore just received the AAA Five Diamond designation. Let’s take a look at all the details!

 

This is the first time Conrad Orlando has received this honor, and the property is the first in Hilton’s Conrad portfolio to achieve this distinction. Talk about outstanding! The general manager of Conrad Orlando, Sean McCarron, stated, “We are honored to receive the acclaimed Five Diamond designation from AAA. This award reflects the commitment of our staff and management to provide every guest with exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.”

There are about 145 hotels and 65 restaurants on the AAA Five Diamond list. Now, Conrad Orlando joins the ranks and is just the third hotel in Orlando, and 12th in Florida, to receive this honor. Pretty impressive!

To earn the distinctive AAA Five Diamond designation, hotels and restaurants must pass a rigorous evaluation. It’s an interesting process that includes unannounced, in-person inspections and anonymous overnight stays for hotels — so, you never know when an evaluation may be happening. Then, a review by a panel of experts is the final step to ensure credibility. AAA Diamond Program hotels and restaurants are re-evaluated annually. This guarantees that they provide the best experience for travelers and diners.
