SeaWorld Orlando has announced a brand new ride set to debut at the park in 2026. According to the park, SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep will take families on an “awe-inspiring voyage into the ocean’s most extraordinary realms aboard a “state-of-the-art submersible.”

The new attraction is going to be a suspended dark ride that mimics a submarine journey.

The ride will be themed around an “adventure through dazzling undersea ecosystems” where riders will “encounter extraordinary lifeforms, breathtaking environments, and inspiring stories of the sea.”

The massive immersive attraction — being constructed over three acres of the park’s land — will feature advanced special effects and a “spectacular finale” that celebrates the ocean’s resilience and beauty.

Annual Pass Members will have the first opportunity to ride the attraction when it opens next year.

SEAQuest’s projected 2026 opening will mark the fourth consecutive year that the park will have opened a major attraction, following the Pipeline standing coaster in 2023, the Penguin Trek family coaster in 2024, and the Expedition Odyssey attraction that opened earlier this year.
