REVIEW: The Disney World Hotel Restaurant That’s Quick, Affordable, and Surprisingly Tasty

Planning a trip to Disney World and not sure where you should eat while you’re there? Luckily, you’ve come to the right place!

Here at AllEars, we know all the ins and outs of Disney World restaurants — including where you should definitely eat, and where you should skip. We recently stopped by Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort  and are bringing you our FULL review!

Background

Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is the go-to quick-service dining spot and gift shop rolled into one.

Located just off the main lobby, it blends breezy coastal charm with convenience, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up a souvenir.

Here’s what you need to know about dining at this restaurant.

Atmosphere

The seating area is limited, so many guests grab their food to go—especially handy if you’re heading to the pool or hopping to Epcot (just a short walk away).

But enough about that, what are we eating?!

Food & Drinks

First up, we grabbed the Caprese Sandwich for $11.99. This is made with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, Arugula, Fresh Mozzarella, and Tomato on Focaccia Bread served with Chips.

The focaccia alone is worth raving about. It’s soft and buttery with just the right amount of toast on the edges for a delicate crisp, while the center stays melt-in-your-mouth tender. Infused with herbs and garlic, it’s incredibly flavorful—honestly, we would eat every sandwich for the rest of our lives on this bread.

Inside, you get a perfect balance of flavors. The fresh mozzarella is soft and creamy, the tomato adds a bright, refreshing note, and the arugula brings that earthy contrast that ties it all together beautifully. It’s cheesy, fresh, savory, and satisfying.

We also grabbed the Mac and Cheese Kids Meal for $7.29. This is your classic Disney World kid’s meal mac and cheese, but with a slight upgrade—it tastes just a bit cheesier than usual.

It’s creamy, saucy, and served in a portion that’s just right for younger eaters (or adults sneaking a bite). One fun touch? It’s topped with Goldfish crackers, which feels like a playful nod to being at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. But here’s the catch: since the mac is pretty saucy, those Goldfish tend to get soft and lose their crunch quickly. So if you’re after that classic crackery texture, dig in right away!

For sides, you can pick two from a small selection of prepackaged options: grapes, baby carrots, or applesauce. It’s important to note—there are no hot sides like fries here. Unlike many other Disney resort quick-service spots that have full kitchens, this location sticks mostly to pre-prepared and reheated items, which can make it feel a little less fresh by comparison. Still, it’s a solid, kid-friendly choice with some cute theming touches.

And to finish our meal off on a sweet note, we grabbed the Cookies ’n Cream Trifle for $5.99.  This features Layers of Chocolate Cookie Sandwich Mousse, Chocolate Cake, and Whipped Cream

This dessert was a pleasant surprise—light, creamy, and refreshingly chill, which isn’t something you usually expect from a chocolate cake. The cake itself was fairly moist, but what really made it stand out were the layers of cookie mousse and whipped cream in between. It added not only richness but also kept everything soft and smooth.

Served cold, it had a cool, airy texture that made it feel much lighter than your typical chocolate dessert. That balance of chocolate cake with the cookie mousse worked beautifully together, making each bite feel indulgent without being too heavy. It was genuinely delicious, and we’d absolutely get it again.

Overall, we truly enjoyed everything we tried during our visit and appreciated the convenience and simplicity of this spot.
