Things are hopping over at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Super Nintendo World will soon celebrate its second anniversary in the park. A new hotel will be built near the theme park soon. Perhaps the most exciting thing, though, is that new after hours events, Universal’s Fan Fest Nights, are coming soon — and tickets are available now.
Universal’s Fan Fest Nights will celebrate a variety of sci-fi, fantasy, gaming, and anime fandoms in one place every event night. You’ll be able to step into the worlds of Star Trek, Back to the Future, Dungeons and Dragons, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Super Nintendo World, One Piece, and Jujutsu Kaisen. Tickets are available now for the After Hours event that will take place on April 25th-27th, May 2nd-4th, May 9th-11th, and May 16th-18th.

This event, which is exclusive to Universal Studios Hollywood, comes from the creators of Halloween Horror Nights, so you can expect the same kind of details as that event. It will feature new experiences, cosplay, and special additions to the parks. Three will also be a block party to bring fans across every genre together, as well as live entertainment and photo ops. Here’s what a ticket to Fan Fest Nights gets you:
- Star Trek: Red Alert is a walkthrough experience on the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D as it goes on a mission to prevent an interstellar threat. The walkthrough will feature familiar ship environments, including an original set piece on the Bridge that was featured in the third season of Star Trek: Picard. There will be special effects, audio-visual effects, multi-sensory activations, and themed performers.

- Back to the Future: Destination Hill Valley is based on the 1985 movie Back to the Future. You’ll board the studio Tour “Fan Tram” and be transported back to 1955 Hill Valley and visit Courthouse Square, the original filming location for this classic movie. This experience will include iconic scenes and props from the movie, as well as a recreation of the Clock Tower lightning strike.

- DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Secrets of Waterdeep will be an epic experience and one-of-a-kind adventure to explore the world of D&D. You’ll join a heroic spy network to save the city of Waterdeep. Universal worked with Jim Henson’s Creature Shop on this experience.

- One Piece: Grand Pirate Gathering is an experience based on the long-running anime series One Piece. The gathering will put you in the heart of the series’ fictional world of pirates with an immersive and interactive experience. You’ll also get to see some familiar characters and participate in themed interactive photo ops.

- Jujutsu Kaisen: Hunger of the Cursed is another experience based on the Japanese manga and anime series. This adventure premiered at Universal Studios Japan and is now making its way to Universal Studios Hollywood.

- The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will get all-new creature interactions, including a chance to meet a Niffler and a baby dragon. There will also be a projection show on Hogwarts called Hogwarts Always.

- Super Nintendo World: Let’s Go, Yoshi will bring a brand new meet and greet to Super Nintendo World — Yoshi. You will also have a chance to interact with Yoshi and engage in a scavenger hunt that will get you a special reward. Celebratory drones will also illuminate the sky during each event evening.

There will also be themed foods, new merchandise, and more. A variety of tickets are available for each night and can be purchased here. Ticket prices start at $74 for general admission or $373 for a VIP experience.
