Are you ready for the New Year?

It’s almost time for the New Year and we are already working on our planning guide for 2025! There are so many exciting things coming up next year in Walt Disney World but what if you want to finish out this year inside the parks? Let’s see what parks you can still get into on December 31st, 2024!
If you don’t know, Disney World is a busy place when it comes to New Years Eve celebrations! Magic Kingdom does special fireworks, EPCOT has DJs all throughout the park, and even the resorts get in on the fun.

It’s no surprise that the crowds want to spend the last day of 2024 enjoying the parks (because we do, too), but what parks can you still get a reservation for this close to the official day? Well if you’re looking to head into Magic Kingdom or EPCOT, we’ve got some bad news.

Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are both sold out for December 31st. This isn’t a huge shock since both parks have been full since November 1st but if you still need to get inside a park, we’ve got you covered!

You can still grab park passes for Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios if you’re looking to get in on the fun. The parks don’t do any special celebrations, but Hollywood Studios will be open until midnight on December 31st while Animal Kingdom will close at 8 PM.

If you want to continue the fun, many Disney resorts offer late-night spots to grab adult beverages and enjoy the night. If you’re looking for something more low-key, you can always watch a pre-recorded video of Happily Ever After on your resort television which is nice and relaxing.

The park reservations are still full for Magic Kingdom on January 1st, 2025 so if you want to head into the parks first thing make sure you grab a reservation for any of the other 3 parks ASAP!

No matter where you’re spending your New Year’s Eve, we hope it’s a great one. Don’t forget to keep following AllEars.Net for all of your Disney news and updates.
