EPCOT is one of our FAVORITE places to get food.

Les Halles

There are seemingly endless options tucked away in World Showcase, and today, we’re headed over to the France Pavilion. Here, you can find all sorts of sweet and savory food options that are actually quite affordable. (You can get a whole baguette for less than 5 bucks. It’s AWESOME.) One of our favorite spots here is Le Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie, and we’re headed there now to grab somethin’ new.

At Le Halles, you can currently grab the Patisserie a l’Abricot, which is a lightly toasted croissant that’s filled with sweet butter and apricots, and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. It can be all yours for $4.95.

It sure looks pretty, but how will it taste? Well, we thought it was a good, basic, safe treat. It’s a standard croissant but with lightly baked apricots tucked on the inside. They’re not terribly sweet like you might expect; they actually take on more of a tart flavor when combined with the sweet croissant.

Apricots are the star of the show here, but we wish they shined MORE

Our one complaint is that we do wish there was more apricot inside it, but for such a cheap snack, it’s hard to complain too much.

We’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick, subtly-sweet snack that’s easy to eat on-the-go. If you don’t like apricots or the texture of cooked fruit, you might want to skip this one.
