You Won’t BELIEVE Who We Met at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Have you heard? After Hours events are officially back in Disney World!

Not one, not two, but THREE Disney World parks are getting in on the late-night fun this year. We recently attended the first After Hours event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios of 2024 and we got some complimentary snacks, short wait times, and more. But our favorite part might have been the characters!

After Hours is a separately ticketed event with prices ranging from $155 to $175 depending on the date, and Disney Vacation Club Members/Annual Passholders can get tickets between $125 and $145. The 2024 events at Hollywood Studios happen on certain nights between January 10th to April 10th.

There are many perks to buying an After Hours ticket including complimentary snacks, low crowds and wait times, and being able to enter the park at 7PM. One major perk to add to that list is the characters. Say hello to Minnie Mouse!

The characters were wandering around and there wasn’t much of a line to take a picture with them. Yes, Mickey Mouse was there of course!

We love spotting the classics (what is a Disney World event without Mickey and Minnie?), but we also got to see some super rare characters that you usually can’t meet in Hollywood Studios!

The White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland is not a fellow you see in the Disney parks that often…but he was roaming and greeting guests during the event!

You can typically meet Tiana over at Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom, but it’s rare to see her at Hollywood Studios! It was a bit cold on this night, but Tiana looked amazing in her winter look.

This might have been the biggest surprise of the night — it’s Pocahontas and Meeko! This iconic duo took us aback in the best way. Look out for them if you choose to do an After Hours event!

Sometimes Pocahontas can be spotted in Animal Kingdom, but how often do you get to meet her WITH Meeko?!

We had to end with our favorite — it’s DUFFY! During the holidays we met him in his holiday attire, but we’ll never turn down a chance to give Duffy a hug and snap a picture.

After Hours will return to Magic Kingdom as of January 11th and EPCOT as of February 2nd. We’ll be at those events as well, so keep following AllEars for more!
