NEW DETAILS Announced For Summer House On The Lake at Disney World

If you’re like us and are anticipating the opening of Disney’s all new restaurant — Summer House on the Lake — you’re gonna want to keep reading!

The all-new restaurant is set to open in late 2023 in Disney Springs, and will boast outdoor patios and a California-inspired menu complete with salads, sandwiches, pizzas, a dessert-focused market, and more! Now, though, we’ve gotten a few more details regarding some house specialties you can grab at the forthcoming eatery.

One new detail that we’re particularly excited about is that visitors will be able to snag a drink from the Rosé Cart! This cart will offer more than six (!!!) varieties of rosé by the glass or bottle, and that includes the restaurant’s famous Summer House Rosé, which was made in partnership with California-based BonAnno Wines. You’ll also be able to grab a variety of spritzes, summery cocktails and mocktails, and even fresh-juices and other California-sourced wines.

So, we already knew that Summer House on the Lake would have some brunch offerings, but now, we have more details that have us even more excited. Not only will the brunch menu have “celebrated favorites” typical at Summer House, but you’ll also be able to grab signature items that you can ONLY get at Disney Springs!

Bruch will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 3PM with options like Mexican Hash Browns, Breakfast Pizza, pancakes, waffles, salads, sandwiches, and even Breakfast Tostadas! OH, and there will be an extensive list of kids’ meals that are available all day long.
