It’s time to celebrate! The Walt Disney Company just reached its 100th anniversary!
In honor of the big 1-0-0, Disney has special decor and experiences at Disneyland and EPCOT, and Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is officially open. Disney also released an animated short called Once Upon a Studio to honor the 100th anniversary and we’ve got an update!
Once Upon a Studio is a new short that features characters from Disney’s works over the last 100 years. It’s fun to see all of these different eras of Disney characters interact together. The short first debuted to those at Destination D23 in September and we got to watch it!
The short debuted to the public during The Wonderful World of Disney on ABC on October 15th and many were left wondering when it would be available on Disney’s streaming service, Disney+.
We’re happy to report that Once Upon a Studio is on Disney+ as of now, October 16th! If you have a Disney+ subscription, you can watch it over and over as of now.
Disney+ did just get a price increase for its ad-free tier. Keep that in mind if you have a subscription or are thinking of getting one.
