It seems like we’re talking about new Disney+ announcements nearly every day!
There are so many amazing movies and series on Disney+ and more entertainment coming soon, including the highly anticipated National Treasure series. If you’re huge fans of the original movies, you’re likely VERY excited about this new show. Today we’ve got some big news about the cast of the series!
We already knew that Lisette Alexis would be playing the series’ lead role, Jess Morales. But now the cast is growing.
Disney recently shared that Catherine Zeta-Jones has joined the National Treasure cast!
Jones will be portraying Billie, who is described as a “billionaire, black market antiquities expert, and treasure hunter who lives by her own code”. We can’t wait to see just how this character will conflict with the series’ lead as the hunt for the Pan-American treasure plays out!
No official release date for the series has been announced yet! You can be sure we’ll be keeping an eye out for more news on this series — so stay tuned to AllEars for more updates!
