Disney’s Star Wars Hotel is HIRING!

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is opening soon in Disney World.

And although we don’t know exactly what “soon” means, we’ve been following the progress closely! We’ve gotten a first look inside the hotel, seen some construction updates, and even learned about the tech that will make this experience so immersive. But now, we may be one step closer to opening.

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is hiring! The hotel is looking for a Hotel Services Director.

On top of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Entertainment, a candidate will need a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in entertainment and hospitality in a resort or cruise environment. So this job is definitely not for everyone!

The Hotel Services Director will provide operational leadership, lead unique immersive experiences, and promote guest and Cast Member satisfaction — along with a lot of other responsibilities! It seems like this position is for some sort of captain of The Halcyon ship.
