Last month, Tokyo Disney Resort announced a closure that would run until March 15th in response to the Coronavirus.

Now, the park has announced that they will be extending the closure.
According to an official statement from Tokyo Disney, the park reopening has been postponed until early April as a precautionary measure. Along with that, they have announced that the Grand Opening of the new Fantasyland area of Tokyo Disneyland (which includes the new Beauty and the Beast ride) will be postponed from its original April 15th date to mid-May or later.

Most shows that were scheduled to end during the closure will still be ending, with those scheduled to begin set to be postponed. If you have tickets or reservations affected by the extension, visit the Tokyo Disney website to learn how your situation will be managed.
