4 Disney World Essentials We Think Are Worth Way More Than They Actually Cost

When it comes to Disney World packing essentials, not all of them are created equally! We have a long packing list when it comes to making the parks more bearable, fun, and magical, but some of those essentials are better than others.

I lived in Disney World for years, went to the parks daily, and I traveled to different Disney theme parks 10 times last year. That means I know a thing or two about what actually helps on vacations, and these 4 items are honestly worth even more than they actually cost!

I’m starting off quickly by saying, Amazon, do NOT raise the prices on these items just because they’re amazing! Part of the reason that I (and the rest of the AllEars team) love them so much is that they’re affordable and work so well. Starting off with this Flat Plug Power Strip.

When it comes to Disney World hotel rooms, they have added a lot of outlets over the years, but in the age of technology, it still doesn’t feel like enough. There are so many things to charge these days, like cell phones, tablets, MagicBands, portable chargers, cameras, and more. If you have more than 2 people in your room, I promise it’s going to be a battle for the outlet. This power strip can save you from actual arguments, plus it’s flat and can easily fit into your bag. I use this at home and on Disney vacations, so it’s really worth the price!

Next, I have this MagicBand+ Multicharger!

This extension cord has 4 USB-A outlets so you can charge all of your MagicBands at once! We love it when our Disney accessory lights up and interacts with the park, but sometimes we get frustrated with the fact that we have another thing to charge. This takes away all of that frustration, and you don’t even notice it in your luggage because it’s so small. I personally use it for my phone and camera as well!

Next, the entire team loves this Mouse Misting Fan!

This mini fan is handheld and can even fold up so you can easily toss it in your bag! It has 3 speeds to help keep you cool throughout the day. Not only will it create that necessary cool air you need, but it can mist you, too! Add some water to the back, and you press the button for an extra layer of cooling and misting. Plus, I think it’s super cute, so it’s a win-win.

Finally, I can’t shut up about the Frogg Togg ponchos!

It rains pretty frequently in Disney World, and most of the time, I like to just keep trekking through the storms so it doens’t ruin my day. This Frogg Togg Poncho is the reason I’m able to do that! It’s nice and roomy while still keeping me dry from the rain. It doesn’t make me feel steamed or too hot (which Disney ponchos tend to do), plus it dries quickly. It also has a carrying pouch that I can put it in and toss back in my bag after the rain stops without fear of water ruining everything else in my bag. I love this poncho!
