According to WESH, a woman has passed away shortly after riding an attraction at Universal Orlando.

According to a report of theme park incidents for the last three months of 2025, a 70-year-old woman was riding Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida when she became unresponsive. She was later taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The report did not identify the woman or state the cause of death. It only mentioned she was found unresponsive on the ride on November 25th and then taken to a hospital, where she passed away.

Revenge of the Mummy is an indoor roller coaster, themed around the Mummy movies. The ride opened in 2004.
The report listed a total of six injuries from Disney World, as well, with no reported injuries for SeaWorldOrlando, LEGOLAND Florida, or Busch Gardens.
Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of this woman.
