NEWS: Disney Announces Big News For Galaxy’s Edge Stores — New Name, New Merchandise, and More!

IT’S HAPPENING! New Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge news just dropped, and this time, we’re finally getting a chance to get Star Wars merchandise from ALL the timelines.

Previously, Galaxy’s Edge was one specific storyline, but Disneyland is opening up the galaxy, and a few stores are changing. Let’s check out all the details!

Starting April 29th, First Order Cargo will be transforming to Black Spire Surplus, a military salvage operation with artifacts from across the history of the galaxy, including Imperial and Rebel items from the Galactic Civil War.

Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities will also be displaying one-of-a-kind items from its past, changing with the times. Sounds like we’ll be getting unique items from all of our favorite storylines!

Over at the Droid Depot, an earlier generation of the Mubo family will be taking over, and they’ll offer prototypes of the BB-style droids. NEW DROIDS!

In Savi’s Workshop, you might catch Luke Skywalker meeting with Savi. He’s researching more information on lightsabers, the Force, and the best way to do this is by chatting with Savi.

These new changes come with the addition of different timelines with characters and storylines from The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Mandalorian, and Ahsoka. All of these changes are coming to Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge.
