According to Travel and Leisure, flying to the safest island in the Caribbean just got easier with flights from Boston, Baltimore, and Newark on a new airline, AnguillAir.

AnguillaAir is owned by BermudAir and started a few weeks ago, where the Boston flights will run twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays through April 25th, 2026, and the Newark flights will also be twice a week but on Thursdays and Sundays through April 12th, 2026. The Baltimore/Washington flight runs on Mondays and Fridays through April 13th, 2026.
Adam Scott, BermudAir’s founder and CEO, said, “This is much more than a new route — it’s a reflection of what BermudAir was built to do: deliver extraordinary service while broadening our destination offerings. We’re thrilled that we are now able to extend the service and care we offer from Bermuda to our sister British Overseas Territory neighbor, Anguilla.”
With booking with AnguillAir, passengers are able to choose several fares ranging from Economy Light with no refunds or seat selection to Business with perks like priority boarding and a free checked bag.

Anguilla’s Minister of Tourism said that the new flights “constitute a significant advancement for our tourism industry. As our accommodation offerings grow, reliable and convenient air access from these strategic gateways is essential to maintaining momentum and further developing Anguilla as a premier destination.”

According to the New York Post, Anguilla was just ranked the safest island in the Caribbean. A report found that “Anguilla crime rates are the lowest in the Caribbean, with very few violent or petty crimes to mar its reputation as a tropical oasis. Tourists can feel safe and at ease in tranquil Anguilla.”

The report continued to note that drug-related offenses are “moderate” and that the crimes rarely affect visitors. It’s also listed as a Level 1 travel advisory with the US Department of State, which is the lowest possible risk, and advises tourists to simply exercise normal precautions.
