This is the LAST week before Christmas week, can you believe it? We still have so much left to do!
If you’re heading into the parks for the holiday season, you’ll be able to check out all the gorgeous decorations, try some of the seasonal holiday snacks, and be shoulder to shoulder with some strangers you’ve never met. However, if you’re visiting next week, there’s something extra special you won’t want to miss!
Beginning December 22nd, the park is temporarily swapping out its everyday parade, Festival of Fantasy, and replacing it with the beloved holiday parade, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade! Typically, this parade can only be seen during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but it becomes available for daytime visitors for a limited time each year, starting in one week.
This parade will be available for daytime visitors on the following days:
- December 22nd: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 23rd: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 24th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 25th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 26th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 27th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 28th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 29th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 30th: 12 PM and 3 PM
- December 31st: 12 PM and 3 PM
It’s important to note that Disney Starlight, the park’s nighttime parade, will also show twice in the evening on these days as well, at 7 PM and 9:45 PM most nights. However, on December 30th and 31st, it’ll show at 6:30 PM and 9 PM instead.
For those who are looking to get into the holiday spirit, you won’t want to miss Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade. Not only will you be able to see some of your favorite characters like Mickey and Minnie, Goofy, Chip ‘n Dale, Vanellope from Wreck It Ralph, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, the iconic toy soldiers, and even Santa himself, but it’s full of so much holiday cheer that it’s almost like stepping into a Christmas card!
