REVIEW: I Will Spend $24 On This Disneyland Paris Upgrade Any Day

In case you missed it, our team recently went to Disneyland Paris!

Fry and I in Disneyland Paris!

They park itself blew us away thanks to the over-the-top themeing, surprise favorites, and more. One of the best things we tried in the entire park was a $24 upgrade that I will never skip in Disneyland Paris!

Disneyland Paris has a lot to offer! A gorgeous castle straight out of the movies, a literal dragon that comes to life, and a version of Haunted Mansion that you have to see to believe. I was seriously excited to go to this park!

Hey, Walt!

One of the most famous things to do in this park is to drink champagne on Main Street, so you know it was one of my first stops during the trip. On Main Street, if you head straight to the end and turn right, you’ll find a little cart with snacks, popcorn buckets, and (of course) champagne!

Our champagne

The champagne comes in a collector’s flute for 20€. That’s roughly $24 for anyone curious. If you don’t know, this champagne is actually made specifically for Disneyland Paris, which I just think is so cool. The Cast Member who was helping us even gave us the cork from the bottle when he had to open a new one, and yes, I saved it as a fun souvenir.

The Cast Member pouring our drinks!

The drink itself was bubbly and bright. I loved how refreshing it was, too. The drink wasn’t overly sweet or too dry, making it a great “right down the middle” kind of drink. It made a lot of sense to me that it was this way because that meant it was more palatable for more people visiting. I typically like a drink on the sweeter end, and if that’s what you’re looking for, this won’t be the drink for you. That being said, I loved this champagne!

How pretty!

While I did love it, it really is just champagne. It won’t be the most expensive or best you’ve ever had, but it is really enjoyable and comes with the pretty cool experience of being in a Disney park. That’s what really sets this apart; you can’t do it in any other Disney park around the world!

A closer look!

Honestly, this drink won’t change your life, but it almost feels wrong not to get it (if you want an alcoholic drink) when you’re at the park. Plus, the Cast Member who helped us was super kind, so huge shoutout to him. He even posed for pictures, which I am personally obsessed with.

Huge shout-out here!

I also kept the cup as a souvenir from the trip, so really, this serves as a “two birds, one stone” moment in the park. As always, don’t forget to keep following AllEars for more Disney reviews, tips, and tricks!

  1. I think getting an empty champagne bottle as a souvenir to take home as well as the glass would be the icing on the cake. Going to treat myself next time I’m there.
