Raglan Road always has something cooking up over in Disney Springs — it’s why we keep coming back for more!

This spot is home to some truly fantastic dishes — we recommend the fish and chips if you’re planning a visit yourself. Speaking of great dishes, we got invited to try out Raglan Road’s new Summer Lovin’ menu, and let’s just say this new menu is the perfect excuse for us to go to Disney Springs this summer.
Raglan Road’s new Summer Lovin’ menu features select appetizers for $10 each, specialty cocktails for $10 each, side salads and sides of chips (fries) for $5 each, and select entrees for $20 each! This menu is available starting NOW and will continue to be available through the end of September.

We got to try a little bit of everything while we were here — just look at all these delicious dishes!

We started with our drinks, one of which was the Wild Rosey, made with Glendalough Wild Rose Gin, Rockeys Botanical Liqueur, homemade rosemary syrup, lemon Pellegrino, and Fever Tree premium tonic. It gave us massive summer vibes, as it was so grapefruit-forward. It was slightly bubbly, but mostly smooth, and it was bright and acidic without being sour.

We also got a chance to try the Rosemary Maple, which is Dickel 12 Tennessee Whisky, crushed rosemary, dark maple syrup, Fees foam, and lemon sour. This had more mild flavors without lacking in flavor, and we think it’s a great drink for whisky beginners — genuinely, we couldn’t believe how good it was!

Then it was time to EAT! Our first appetizer was the Soup and Salad combo. This was White Onion and Potato Parmesan Soup with a side salad, and it was a little grainy but in a good soup texture way, and we loved that it was practically a block of liquid parmesan. The salad was basic and creamy with tomatoes, spring mix, and cucumber.

Our other appetizer was the Bang Bang Chicken, which is buttermilk-marinated fried chicken with a spicy bang bang mayonnaise. WOW they weren’t kidding about the spice here — there’s no holding back! The crispy shoestring fries add a nice crunch and help take a bit of the heat away, but it lingers. If you love spice, we think you’ll adore this.

Our first main entree was the Fish ‘n’ Chips, which is Raglan Road’s famous Premium North Atlantic cod filet, beer battered & served with chips and fresh tartar sauce. As always, we were impressed here! The fish was flaky, and the batter reminded us of carnival batter in the best way — it had a satisfying and delicious crunch, and it’s so big it’s easily shareable! The fries here weren’t necessarily crispy on the outside, but they weren’t soggy or mushy, so they’re right in the middle.

Finally, we had the OMG Burger — this is a dry-aged prime short rib and brisket beef burger, Irish bacon, Dubliner Irish cheddar, crispy fried onions with house-made BBQ sauce. This barbecue sauce was fantastically homemade and helped hold the burger together really well. The bun is toasted and didn’t get soggy, which we SO appreciated, and we loved that the burger was juicy without being overly messy or difficult to eat. It’s cooked to order, and ours was PERFECTLY medium rare, which is impressive!

This lunch menu is only served from 11 AM to 3 PM Mondays through Fridays, so if you’re in Disney Springs for it, we highly recommend!
