Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
One of our readers wrote a stunning review of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and we want to share this story to show how great the Cast Members are even in a time that could be a vacation ruiner.
“This was our first stay on WDW property. We absolutely loved it! We stayed here for our second wedding anniversary. We also were here at the same time of Hurricane Ian. Even though the hurricane was happening for a day and half of the time we stayed, it was still magical. Disney cast members went above any beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay, especially when the hurricane was happening. They made sure we could get laundry done, they brought us a microwave, candy in trick-or-treat bags from Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party, they had activities for everyone to do during the storm, kept us updated on when it was safe to come out of our rooms. Before the storm being able to explore the resort was very nice. The pools were great and relaxing, having access to a gym, walking paths to the other resorts, Magic Kingdom and access to the Monorail adds a nice touch. The resort is overall beautiful and fun little hidden details throughout the resort was fun to see. It was so relaxing and a nice home away from home.”

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort
Another reviewer wrote this about The Wilderness Lodge…
“The Wilderness Lodge is hands down my favorite resort at Disney World. It is secluded, peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. Geyser Point is my favorite spot to grab a drink and sit and watch the water taxis go back and forth. The food is very good at all the restaurants, lounges and quick service locations also. I could spend my entire trip at this resort and never even go to the parks and still have a great time. Taking the boats to Magic Kingdom is a quick, fun, beautiful ride, and this resort is much less expensive than the monorail resorts.”

Disney’s Pop Century
If you are looking for a value resort, this review of Disney’s Pop Century is a great picture of why you should choose this one.
“Honestly, I’ll always be a Pop Century gal! I have stayed here multiple times, most recently in October 2024. The larger than life theming is fun and brings the magic back from the park with you. Room re-theme a couple of years ago drastically helped it feel more modern and updated. Skyliner access is obviously a highlight of Pop that makes it stand out, but even so, I will choose Pop over AoA anyday. I love the theme and energy. Quick service options get the job done.”

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
This reader wrote a review for Disney’s Caribbean Beach about some of the best reasons to stay here over other hotels.
“This resort always gets a bad rep because it’s big, and it is but it’s so worth it! It’s a gorgeous resort with the one of the best pools on property. The vibe here is so fun. Food is good. Skyliner is a plus. Riviera being steps away is also a plus they have amazing food there. It’s nice to relax in a hammock after a long park day and play in the sand. Gorgeous views. I highly recommend this resort. The rooms are very nice as well.”
