I Went To Epic Universe And I’m Answering Your Number One Question

Epic Universe is almost open!

I went to Epic!

Universal’s newest theme park opens on May 22nd, 2025, with 5 new lands to take you to another world. I recently got a sneak peek inside the new park, and I was blown away! It’s been a few days since I stepped inside the park, so now I’m answering your biggest question.

When it comes to Epic Universe, we all had a lot of questions! We did almost everything in the park during my visit, and I feel confident that I can give you the answers you need. The question we get most frequently is, “Can you do Epic Universe in one day?”

The short answer is no! This park is by no means a one-day park. In my opinion, it’s at least a two-day park if not three for some people. The only exception might be if you have younger kids who might not meet height requirements or are scared of large rides like rollercoasters or Monsters Unchained.

Monsters Unchained

When I stopped by the park, I was on a VIP Tour during Team Member previews, meaning the park wasn’t even close to capacity, and I didn’t even manage to do everything. We only stopped for one meal during the entire day because there was so much to do.

A little bit of everything from Oak and Star Tavern.

While it might be a bit stressful to try and do everything if you have limited time, this park is also living up to one of Universal’s biggest goals — to make Universal Orlando a week-long vacation destination. This was a promise the theme park executives made, and now it seems like they’re living up to it.

If you include the two theme parks that are already there and Volcano Bay, two days at Epic Universe will fill up an entire week of Universal fun. We can’t wait to head back into Epic Universe to try even more of the food and entertainment and reride the rides!
