FIRST LOOK: Go Inside a NEW Restaurant Coming to Epic Universe!

With its opening day just a few months away, the excitement for Epic Universe has been astronomical!

Opening on May 22nd, 2025, Epic Universe will be the newest addition to the Universal Orlando resort. With four distinct “portals” throwing you right into the middle of incredible lands such as Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe, Super Nintendo World, and How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, it is shaping up to be a theme park like no other! And now Universal has shared a sneak peek at one of the restaurants coming to these lands. Let’s check it out!

As the heart of Epic Universe, Celestial Park serves as the “world between worlds”— a cosmic crossroad that powers up the portals, linking all the lands together.

The land will feature several attractions, including Starfall Racers, a rollercoaster that stands tall at 133 feet, the Constellation Carousel which features animal renderings of constellations, and Astronomica a splash-play area.

The land will also be home to several highly themed dining locations and Universal has finally shared a look at Atlantic, a table-service restaurant set inside a Victorian aquarium.

The team at Universal Creative shared a look at the stunning sea creatures hanging above the restaurant’s ceiling. Designed as glowing lanterns, there are 36 fish in total that will “swim over” guest’s heads as they dine at Atlantic.

The fish lanterns are made from resin and acrylic as well as custom paillet layout to create the stunning scales that are unique to each fish.

Atlantic will serve a “surf and turf” menu that will keep the restaurant theming alive with every bite. Universal has also just recently revealed a first look at some of the menu offerings, including an entree featuring Sea Bass with carrot mochi and sugar snap peas in a lemongrass broth with starfruit slices on the side.

And a snickerdoodle cake dessert called Landlubber’s Snickerdoodle Loot, complete with a beach pail and gummy charks.

With awe-inspiring decor and a menu that looks fresh and tasty, this restaurant promises a dining experience that’s as captivating as its ambiance. We truly can’t wait to dive in!
