It’s the holidays in Disney World, and we’ve been celebrating since November 1st.
We love this time of year in Disney World, especially when we get new FOOD, the new Starbucks menu (peppermint mocha season is BACK!), and the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, which starts soon! Speaking of EPCOT, it’s one of the last parks to get its holiday decorations, but a very important piece of decor has arrived as of today.
So ahead of the EPCOT Festival of Holidays, EPCOT gets a festive makeover, including at each country’s pavilion in World Showcase. However, the BIGGEST part of EPCOT’s holiday decor is the big Christmas tree at the front of the park. We’ve got some great news: that big Christmas tree is now up.
The tree is covered with big balls and bells, ringing in the Yuletide season.
On November 29th, EPCOT will feel even more joyous when the Festival of the Holidays begins. You’ll be able to visit each country and learn more about their holiday traditions with special storytellers. You’ll also be able to see the Candlelight Processional, a grand affair that brings in a live choir and celebrity narrators to tell the story of Christmas. Then there’s all the FOOD — food booths will be scattered around the park with lots of holiday fare.
We’ll be live at the festival on day one, so be sure to check back with AllEars then for FULL coverage. We’ll also keep you updated on everything else happening with Disney, so be sure to visit us often.
