We recently had the chance to stop by the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve to try some tasty food and drinks!

The Swan Reserve offers a variety of dining options including a lobby bar called Stir, a pool side bar called Tangerine, and a signature restaurant called Amare.Â
The Swan Reserve is owned by Marriott, but you can still take advantage of Disney World hotel perks like Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours, as well as free theme park parking. The hotel offers transportation to the parks and Disney Springs and there are lots of great amenities including restaurants and pools.Â

Come along as we try out a variety of food and drinks at the Swan Reserve! We are starting our food tour at the Tangerine Pool Bar. We got to try the Tangerine Whip which is made of tangerine, oat milk, and Don Q Cristal Rum. The drink is blended and frozen, and it is garnished with an orange slice.

You can get this drink for $16. This drink is a favorite of the Swan Reserve, and we could definitely see why. The drink is a frozen, premade drink that reminded us of a creamsicle. There is also a lovely vanilla flavor in it. We think this is a great drink to sip on poolside.

Next up, we are headed over to Stir to try the Florida Beehive. Stir is the lobby bar located in the Swan Reserve and the menu includes a variety of cocktails and light bites.

The Florida Beehive costs $22 and is made of Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin, St. Germaine elderflower liqueur, orange blossom honey, fresh lemon, and orange juice. You can choose your own adventure from tropical, citrus, floral, or herbal.

We thought this drink was delightful! We opted for the tropical choose your own adventure as it was recommended to us. The drink is made is a Victorian-era champion shaker which is such a cool touch. The drink was light and sweet, but the sweetness tasted natural versus a syrupy sweetness.

The drink was bright and definitely one of our favorite drinks at Disney World. We loved the tropical fruity notes, and the alcohol flavor was not overpowering at all. Next, we are headed over to Amare!

Amare is signature dining location that serves Mediterranean cuisine. At Amare, we got to try the Charred Octopus. The Charred Octopus costs $19 and is served on a fennel puree and topped with pickled onion, crispy potato shards, and a pistachio gremolata.

We were huge fans of this dish. The octopus was meaty, but not fishy or too salty. The fennel puree was the perfect smooth and earthy complement to the octopus. The crispy potato shards were fantastic and reminded us of shoestring potatoes. They added a great texture and flavor to this dish.

We also got The Amare Flatbread. The Amare costs $20 and is topped with leek, potato, lardon, roasted black pepper, and gruyere.

The crust on this flatbread was cooked to perfection. It was crispy, yet light, and was able to hold all of the toppings. The gruyere was a great addition and added a subtle nutty flavor. The potatoes were shaved very thin which was perfect. The lardon had just the right amount of saltiness which was balanced by the potatoes.

We had such a wonderful time trying out some of the food and drinks available at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Want to take a full tour of the Swan Reserve? Make sure you check out our video that will take you through everything the Swan Reserve has to offer.
