Time to get JOLLY!

Jollywood Nights is returning to Walt Disney World for a second year in a row. The event, which tried to fill the gaping hole in Hollywood Studios Holiday offerings, suffered through some growing pains during its inaugural year, leading Disney to initiate some changes for the 2024 version of the event, including new shows and photo opportunities.
We were able to attend Jollywood Nights’ media preview event, and see everything new Hollywood Studios’ seasonal event has to offer.
One of the best parts of the media event is that we got a first look at some of the exclusive food you’ll find at Jollywood Nights. At Dockside Diner, you’ll be able to get Spicy Pimento-Kimchi Dip, topped with chives and served with fresh house-made wonton chips.

At PizzeRizzo, you’ll want to dive into the Meatball and Polenta, made with a giant meatball with marinara and creamy cheese polenta.

Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls will be available at The Market. These are fried spring rolls with a house-made jalapeno ranch dipping sauce and fried rice noodles.

ABC Commissary will have several exclusive party bites, including Yuca con Chicharron. This is fried pork belly. red pickled onions, and chili-lime seasoning with a yellow pepper aioli.

You can also get a Birria Taco made with shredded short rib and Monterey jack served with a beef consomme for dipping…

Chicken Empanadas with Street Corn (chicken empanadas with a side of street corn salad topped with chili peppers, lime, and cotija cheese)…

…and Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake made with chocolate cookie streusel, whipped cinnamon-chocolate cheesecake, and spiced whipped cream topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a Wondermade churro marshmallow.

Select outdoor vending locations will have Gingerbread Bites.

The focus of the media event was more on Fiesta En La Calle, Jollywood Nights’ Latin Street Fair on Commissary Lane. The fiesta will feature special lights, foods, and beverages, as well as three Latin bands performing live music. We got to listen to one of the bands during the event.

Jose and Panchito will also be in Fiesta en la Calle — you’ll be able to get photos with them!
